基于雨流计数法的锚泊线疲劳强度评估

【摘要】:深海FPSO一般由多根锚泊线组成的系泊系统进行定位,为保证结构的安全性,开展锚泊线疲劳强度评估分析显得至关重要。本文采用改进的雨流计数法结合T-N曲线和Miner线性疲劳累计损伤理论对某FPSO锚泊线进行疲劳性能分析。针对锚泊线的疲劳损伤,分析其疲劳损伤的不利位置,从而为FPSO系泊系统的维护提供重要依据。
[Abstract]:Deep-sea FPSO is usually located by a mooring system composed of multiple mooring lines. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, it is very important to evaluate the fatigue strength of the mooring lines. In this paper, the improved rain flow counting method combined with T-N curve and Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage theory is used to analyze the fatigue performance of a certain FPSO mooring line. Aiming at the fatigue damage of the mooring line, the unfavorable position of the fatigue damage is analyzed, which provides an important basis for the maintenance of the FPSO mooring system.
