Alow-cost Zeolite from Coal Fly Ash for Sr and Cs Removal fr

  随着社会经济和工业发展,粉煤灰的无序堆放对环境污染越来越严重,其对大气、土壤、地下水的污染对人类的健康也造成了一定的威胁。利用粉煤灰作为合成沸石分子筛的原材料,不仅可以为被锶、铯等污染的海水吸附净化提供一种价格低廉、性能良好的吸附剂,同时也实现了粉煤灰以废治废的资源化利用,有助于减轻粉煤灰造成的环境问题。本文以内蒙古托克托县大唐国际粉煤灰为主要原料,采用碱熔融水热法制备沸石分子筛,研究了合成过程中碱灰比、陈化时间、水热晶化温度、水热晶化时间等试验条件对合成产物的影响,并对试验合成的产物进行了表征。扫描电镜(SEM)可观察到产物中属于粉煤灰中的球状、钝角状、不规则碎屑状颗粒基本消失,合成产物具有N-1型沸石、Na-P1型、方钠石、方沸石典型结构,形状规则,轮廓清晰,分散度较好;X射线衍射(XRD)图谱表明,合成产物具有N-1型沸石、Na-P1型、方钠石、方沸石较强的衍射峰,表明由粉煤灰在适当的试验条件下成功的合成了混合相分子筛。选取含有Cs+、Sr2+的模拟污染海水为处理目标,研究制备的混合相沸石分子筛对Cs+、Sr2+的吸附性能。初步探讨了 Cs+、Sr2+离子浓度、pH、吸附时间、吸...
