【摘要】:本文以我国正在实施的月面钻取采样装置的研制为工程背景,以钻具限幅机构的结构设计、力学分析及及试验验证为主要研究内容,针对采样钻具的任务需求、工作环境及具体的结构形式,采用航天产品结构设计、动力学分析和环境模拟试验验证方法,研制了一种可解锁式钻具支撑结构——钻具限幅机构。以钻取采样装置任务需求为基础,开展限幅机构方案设计研究。在多方案综合比较分析的基础上,提出了一种新型定点解锁式钻具限幅方案。该方案保证在空间运输及浅层钻进阶段的限幅导向,并在钻进后半段完成解锁避让。针对限幅机构优选方案,进行限幅机构结构详细设计及力学参数分析。以钢球锁释组件为研究对象,进行力学分析,确定其摩擦类型转换的边界条件,给出预紧力估计公式,以提高解锁力稳定性为目标匹配各构件摩擦系数;对包括锁合组件、限幅环、支撑架在内的附属结构进行相应设计及优化;以限幅机构为研究对象,进行刚度强度性能分析,分析其在不同工况下的承载能力;以结构设计内容为基础,研制限幅机构试验样机。将限幅机构作为钻具支撑系统的一部分,分析其与钻具的相互作用关系。根据钻具的结构尺寸及支撑形式,对钻具及其支撑系统进行力学简化;基于Euler-Bernoulli梁理论建立多点支撑预应力钻具刚度力学模型,分析轴向预紧与径向限幅对钻具刚度的影响;以限幅环约束下的钻具为研究对象,考虑支撑间隙的影响,采用力学分析与动力学仿真相结合的方法,分析典型工况下钻具的动力响应,并估算动力冲击载荷;基于Hertz接触理论,结合有限元仿真,分析螺旋翼与钻杆的接触情况,获得接触应力及接触变形与支撑间隙的关系,并校核现有结构参数的接触强度。针对所设计的限幅机构试验样机,开展限幅机构性能与力学试验研究。针对限幅机构试验需求,制订试验方法,并进行限幅机构性能试验系统的设计与制作;利用研制的测试系统,开展限幅机构功能性能试验测试与分析。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the research and development of the lunar drilling sampling device which is being implemented in our country as the engineering background, taking the structure design, mechanical analysis and test verification of the limiting mechanism of the drilling tool as the main research content, aiming at the task demand of the sampling drilling tool. The working environment and the concrete structure form are used to verify the structure design, dynamics analysis and environmental simulation test of aerospace products. In this paper, an unlocked drilling tool support structure, drilling tool limiting mechanism, is developed. Based on the task requirement of drilling sampling device, the design of limiting mechanism scheme is studied. On the basis of comprehensive comparison and analysis of multiple schemes. In this paper, a new fixed-point unlocking drilling tool limiting scheme is proposed, which ensures the limiting guidance in the space transportation and shallow drilling stage, and completes the unlocking and avoiding in the second half of drilling, aiming at the optimal selection scheme of the limiting mechanism. Taking the steel ball lock release assembly as the research object, the mechanical analysis is carried out, the boundary conditions of the friction type conversion are determined, and the formula for estimating the pretension force is given. The friction coefficient of each component is matched to improve the stability of the unlock force. Corresponding design and optimization of accessory structure including locking assembly, limiting ring and support frame; Taking the limiting mechanism as the research object, the stiffness and strength performance of the mechanism is analyzed, and its bearing capacity under different working conditions is analyzed. Based on the structural design content, the experimental prototype of the limiting mechanism is developed. The limiting mechanism is regarded as a part of the support system of the drilling tool, and the interaction between the limiting mechanism and the drilling tool is analyzed. According to the structure size and the supporting form of the drill tool. The drilling tool and its supporting system are simplified by mechanics. Based on Euler-Bernoulli beam theory, the stiffness mechanics model of multi-point braced prestressed drilling tool is established, and the influence of axial pretension and radial limiting on the stiffness of drill tool is analyzed. Considering the influence of support gap, the dynamic response of drilling tool under typical working conditions is analyzed by combining mechanical analysis with dynamic simulation, and the dynamic impact load is estimated. Based on Hertz contact theory and finite element simulation, the contact between helical wing and drill pipe is analyzed, and the relationship between contact stress, contact deformation and support clearance is obtained. And check the contact strength of the existing structural parameters. For the designed limiting mechanism test prototype, the performance and mechanics of the limiting mechanism test research. According to the testing requirements of the limiter mechanism, establish the test method. And the design and manufacture of the performance test system of the limiting mechanism are carried out. The function performance test and analysis of the limiting mechanism are carried out by using the developed test system.
