【摘要】:以改性双基推进剂为基础,研究了消焰剂对排气羽烟的影响、消焰剂对排气羽流的影响、消焰剂的最佳添加量与发动机能量水平的关系。结果表明,钾盐的加入量在4%以内时对红外、激光、可见光透过率的影响不明显。钾盐的加入能大幅降低推进剂的火焰温度,4%的钾盐可使火焰温度降低至少400℃,并消除了二次燃烧火焰,尾焰尺寸缩小了约70%(以火焰最大宽度计算)。推进剂中消焰剂的最佳添加量(能完全消除二次燃烧时的最小添加量)随着发动机推力水平的增大而增加。
[Abstract]:Based on the modified double base propellant, the effect of flame suppressant on exhaust plume, the influence of flame suppressor on exhaust plume, and the relationship between the optimum amount of flame suppressor and engine energy level were studied. When the amount of potassium salt is less than 4%, the influence of potassium salt on infrared, laser, visible light transmittance is not obvious. The addition of potassium salt can greatly reduce the flame temperature of propellant. 4% potassium salt can reduce the flame temperature by at least 400 鈩,
