基于行为心理学的航站楼空间体验设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国航空业的发展,航站楼建设成为机场建设的核心,也成为设计师发挥技艺、传达设计理念的重要平台。但我国形势下的航站楼建筑设计较少涉及到旅客行为心理需求的领域,造成旅客在航站楼内空间体验质量下降。如何在以满足航站楼基本功能的前提下,关照旅客心理诉求,真正实现设计“人性化”,建立具有人文关怀的航站楼空间,是本文关注的焦点。本文主要对航站楼与行为心理学进行概述,在满足建筑功能的基础上重新反思人与空间的关系,试图建立一种基于旅客评价结果的设计反馈,为航站楼设计提供更科学的建议。其中,旅客问卷调查所得到的数据是本次研究的基础,在数据分析时,结合行为心理学的空间认知与行为理论对研究对象进行客观分析。发现旅客与航站楼空间环境之间的冲突矛盾,且将问题归纳为动静空间的两大类,即六个矛盾冲突。最后,分别就航站楼内空间与旅客心理行为冲突提出优化的策略,提高旅客的空间体验。作为旅客行程的中转站,航站楼空间需协调使用者与建筑之间的关系。笔者以行为心理学作为理论指导,通过航站楼及旅客的实地调研与数据分析,体会航站楼空间环境的现状与不足之处,发现设计与旅客心理诉求之间的矛盾。从而在满足航站楼使用功能下,以旅客行为心理为切入点,即以人为本为原则,提出航站楼改进的设计策略和产生新功能的可能性,为今后航站楼设计提出新的设计视角。
[Abstract]:With the development of aviation industry in China, the construction of terminal building has become the core of airport construction, and has also become the designer to play a technical role. The important platform to convey the design idea. However, the architectural design of the terminal in our country rarely involves the field of passengers' behavioral and psychological needs. In order to meet the basic functions of the terminal building, how to take care of the psychological demands of passengers and truly realize the "humanization" of the design. It is the focus of this paper to establish the terminal space with humanistic concern. This paper summarizes the terminal building and behavioral psychology, and reconsiders the relationship between human and space on the basis of satisfying the architectural function. This paper attempts to establish a design feedback based on passenger evaluation results to provide more scientific advice for terminal design. Among them, the data obtained by passenger questionnaire is the basis of this study, in the data analysis. Based on the spatial cognition and behavior theory of behavioral psychology, this paper analyzes the object of study objectively, finds out the conflict contradiction between passenger and terminal space environment, and classifies the problem into two categories of static and static space. That is, six conflicts. Finally, on the terminal space and passengers psychological behavior conflict optimization strategy to improve the spatial experience of passengers. It is necessary to coordinate the relationship between users and buildings in terminal space. The author takes behavioral psychology as the theoretical guidance through the field investigation and data analysis of terminal and passengers. Understand the status quo and deficiencies of the space environment of the terminal, find the contradiction between the design and the psychological demands of passengers. Thus, in order to meet the use function of the terminal, take passenger behavior psychology as the breakthrough point, that is, people-oriented principle. The design strategy of terminal building improvement and the possibility of producing new functions are put forward, and a new design angle for the future terminal building design is put forward.
