空间反射镜组件的环境适应性设计

【摘要】:为了保证空间反射镜具备优良的力学和热性能,在反射镜结构设计阶段对其进行结构尺寸稳定性分析至关重要。设计了某1 200 mm×450 mm口径长条形空间反射镜的轻量化结构,采用SiC材料制作反射镜镜坯,反射镜背部开三角形轻量化孔,提出一种背部3点柔性支撑方案,并设计了反射镜的支撑结构。通过对反射镜及其支撑结构在重力载荷和温度载荷工况下的变形分析,拟合出反射镜面的面形PV值、RMS值以及镜面的倾斜量,并依此作为修改设计方案的依据。分析结果表明,在X向重力作用下反射镜面形PV为51.9 nm,RMS为9.2 nm,反射镜绕Z轴倾角为2.9″;4℃均匀温升载荷作用下,反射镜面形PV为69.8 nm,RMS为12.4 nm;反射镜组件的基频为173 Hz,能够满足空间应用要求。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the excellent mechanical and thermal properties of the space mirror, it is very important to analyze the dimensional stability of the mirror during the structural design stage. The lightweight structure of a 1 200 mm 脳 450 mm long strip space mirror is designed. A three-point flexible support scheme for the back of the mirror is proposed, which is made of SiC material and has triangular lightweight holes in the back of the mirror. By analyzing the deformation of the mirror and its supporting structure under the condition of gravity load and temperature load, the surface PV value and RMS value of the mirror surface and the slope value of the mirror surface are fitted.
