【摘要】:飞机平视显示器(以下简称HUD)是一项航行新技术,利用计算机技术将地面导航和飞行姿态信息集成显示在平视显示器上,驾驶员可保持平视状态注视平视镜上的仪表和导航数据,跟随HUD指引飞行。HUD显示器上的数据与飞机外界实景叠加,飞行员可随时根据数据指示修正飞行状态,实现精细化飞行,有效防止各类天气条件下的飞行技术误差。国际民航组织(ICAO)在国际民航公约附件6中确定了HUD技术的特性及其应用,要求各成员国民航局推进利用这项技术改善飞行品质,提升航空安全水平。 中国民航在“建设民航强国”战略和“十二五”规划中,明确指出加快推进航行新技术应用对确保民航快速发展过程中的持续安全具有积极作用和重大意义,并提出了总体目标和要求,HUD是其中重点推进的项目之一。 中国民航局从2004年就启动了对HUD应用的相关准备工作,2005年山东航空公司作为试点单位开始在其飞机上加装HUD。目前中国民航的总体HUD加改装进程相对缓慢,主要原因在于大家对HUD的认识还不充分,不了解其好处。2012年中国民航总局发布了《平视显示器应用发展路线图》一书,明确了HUD在中国民航应用的时间表。本文将要介绍HUD的工作原理,分析研究其应用对民航的意义,并对某机场实施特殊Ⅱ类运行进行程序评估。
