【摘要】:介绍了陶瓷型芯在航空发动机发展中的重要作用,从陶瓷型芯的原材料选择、型芯制备方法、型芯脱芯工艺等方面概述了陶瓷型芯的国内外研究现状,分析了氧化硅基陶瓷型芯以及氧化铝基陶瓷型芯制备过程中的关键难点。氧化硅基陶瓷型芯在温度超过1 550℃时易与高温合金发生化学反应,氧化铝基陶瓷型芯的化学稳定性较好,但难以脱芯。陶瓷型芯制备方法、烧结工艺、强化处理等是影响其性能的重要因素。
