基于参数化有限元的发动机推力销强度包线计算与分析

【摘要】:根据航空发动机推力销的工作特性和受力建立其有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件的APDL语言编写参数化的结构应力有限元分析程序,并利用地面校准加载试验验证了计算结果的准确性。利用自编程序计算推力销在全飞行包线下的力学响应,并选取合理的安全系数,绘制出推力销的强度包线。对强度包线和工作包线的分析表明,推力销的工作包线被完全包络在强度包线内,结构强度满足重复测量的要求。
[Abstract]:The finite element model of thrust pin of aeroengine is established according to its working characteristics and force, and the parameterized finite element analysis program of structural stress is compiled by APDL language of ANSYS software. The accuracy of the calculation results is verified by the ground calibration loading test. The mechanical response of the thrust pin under the full flight envelope is calculated by using a self-compiled program, and a reasonable safety factor is selected. The strength envelope of the thrust pin is drawn. The analysis of the strength envelope and the working envelope shows that the working envelope of the thrust pin is completely enveloped in the strength envelope and the structural strength meets the requirements of repeated measurement.
