【摘要】:针对航空电缆检测国内大部分航空制造企业仍然沿用手工检测、少部分国内航空企业使用自动检测设备但分辨率低下、国外自动检测设备价格昂贵等问题,研制了航空电缆自动检测系统。本系统能提高电缆检测效率,可靠性,节省人力,减少人为错误,防止误连接,实现电缆检测智能化,快速修复损伤电缆。本系统实现了在不带插座转换模块的情况下,可以测试所有128脚型号插头的航空电缆。在带插座转换模块的情况下,可以测试所有型号航空电缆。本系统具有自检功能、清零和校准功能、电缆库功能。如果被测电缆还没有添加到电缆库中,用户可以选择全自动检测,全自动检测会逐点扫描一个点与另外所有点的连接情况。如果被测电缆已经添加到电缆库中,用户可以选择快速检测,快速检测根据电缆库中该电缆的指标要求,只对要求检测的管脚进行点对点测量。本系统为了保障系统内部电阻不引起测量误差,对前面板插座的每个管脚进行内阻测量,存入内阻库,测试电缆时减去相应的内阻。用户可定时对内阻库进行校准更新。为了避免相同电缆再次测试时还要进行录入电缆操作,应建立了电缆库,提高了测试效率。用户可以自行增加、修改、删除被测电缆。本系统在硬件方面采用高精度万用表板卡,继电器矩阵板卡来实现功能。采用继电器矩阵控制多芯电缆实现自动检测。软件由采用美国国家仪器(NI)公司机构的CVI9.0编程软件来编写。航空电缆自动检测系统可节省了一半以上人力。与人工检测相比,快速检测大约可节省十分之九的时间;全自动检测大约可节省十分之五的时间。能提高了准确度,能时快速显示电缆阻值及定位故障,提高企业电缆检测效率。
[Abstract]:To solve the problem that most domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises still use manual inspection, a small number of domestic aviation enterprises use automatic detection equipment but the resolution is low, and the price of foreign automatic detection equipment is expensive, etc. This system can improve the efficiency and reliability of cable detection, save manpower, reduce human error, prevent wrong connection, and realize intelligent cable detection. Fast repair of damaged cable. This system can test all 128 pin plug cable without socket conversion module. In the case of socket conversion module, Can test all types of aerial cable. This system has self-checking function, zero checking and calibration function, cable library function. If the cable under test has not been added to the cable library, the user can choose automatic detection, Automatic detection scans the connection of one point to all other points point by point. If the cable under test has been added to the cable library, the user can choose to quickly detect the cable according to the requirements of the cable in the cable library. In order to ensure that the internal resistance of the system does not cause measurement error, the internal resistance of each pin of the front panel socket is measured and stored in the internal resistance storehouse. When testing the cable, subtract the corresponding internal resistance. The user can calibrate and update the internal resistance library regularly. In order to avoid the input cable operation when the same cable is tested again, the cable bank should be established. The test efficiency is improved. The user can add, modify and delete the tested cable by himself. The system adopts high precision multimeter board card in hardware. Relay matrix board card to achieve the function. Using relay matrix control multi-core cable automatic detection. The software is compiled by using the CVI9.0 program software of the national instrument company. The aeronautical cable automatic detection system can be used. More than half of the manpower saved. Compared with manual testing, Fast detection can save about 9/10 time, automatic detection can save about 5/10 time. It can improve accuracy, quickly display cable resistance and locate faults, and improve the efficiency of cable detection in enterprises.
