基于蒙特卡罗仿真的民用飞机燃油箱可燃性评估方法研究

【摘要】:燃油箱燃烧将严重影响民用飞机的安全性,导致机毁人亡的灾难性事故,因此必须在飞机研制与适航审定过程中,对飞机燃油箱可燃性进行评估。论文针对运输类飞机适航标准第981条“燃油箱点燃防护”的符合性验证要求,对民用飞机燃油箱可燃性评估方法进行了研究。给出了用于燃油箱可燃性评估的燃烧极限判据与氧浓度极限判据,分别针对未采用可燃性降低措施(Flammability Reduced Method,FRM)与采用FRM的民用飞机燃油箱,提出了基于蒙特卡罗仿真可燃性评估基本思想。对未采用FRM的燃油箱可燃性评估方法进行了研究,利用燃烧极限判据提出了基于蒙特卡罗仿真的燃油箱可燃性评估程序。该程序仿真特定条件下飞机的数次飞行,获取每一次飞行中飞机燃油箱内的温度变化情况,然后将每一次飞行过程划分为若干时间单位,将每一时间单位的燃油温度与可燃性上下限进行比较,以判定该时间单位的燃油箱可燃性,多次仿真即可求得飞机燃油箱的可燃性。对采用FRM的燃油箱可燃性评估方法进行了研究,利用氧浓度极限判据提出了基于数值仿真的氧浓度评估流程,并结合燃烧极限判据提出了可燃性评估程序。该程序数值仿真求得各时间单位的氧气浓度;将每一时间单位的氧气浓度与氧浓度极限进行对比,并综合考虑燃烧极限判据以确定该时间单位燃油箱可燃性,多次仿真即可求得飞机燃油箱的可燃性。
[Abstract]:The combustion of fuel tank will seriously affect the safety of civil aircraft and lead to the catastrophic accident of aircraft destruction and death. Therefore, the flammability of fuel tank of aircraft must be evaluated in the process of aircraft development and airworthiness verification.In this paper, the evaluation method of fuel tank flammability for civil aircraft is studied in accordance with the requirement of conformance verification of fuel tank ignition protection in article 981 of airworthiness standard for transport aircraft.The combustion limit criterion and oxygen concentration limit criterion used for fuel tank flammability evaluation are presented. The flame ability Reduced method is used for the fuel tank without flammability reduction and the civil aircraft fuel tank with FRM is used.The basic idea of flammability evaluation based on Monte Carlo simulation is presented.The flammability evaluation method of fuel tank without FRM is studied, and a fuel tank flammability evaluation program based on Monte Carlo simulation is proposed by using combustion limit criterion.The program simulates several flights of the aircraft under certain conditions, obtains the temperature changes in the fuel tank of the aircraft in each flight, and then divides each flight process into several units of time.The fuel temperature of each unit of time is compared with the upper and lower limits of flammability to determine the flammability of the fuel tank in the unit of time, and the flammability of the fuel tank can be obtained by multiple simulations.The evaluation method of fuel tank flammability using FRM is studied. The oxygen concentration evaluation process based on numerical simulation is proposed by using the oxygen concentration limit criterion, and the flammability evaluation program is put forward in combination with the combustion limit criterion.The program calculates the oxygen concentration of each unit of time numerically, compares the oxygen concentration of each time unit with the limit of oxygen concentration, and synthetically considers the combustion limit criterion to determine the flammability of the fuel tank per unit of time.The flammability of aircraft fuel tank can be obtained by multiple simulations.
