道路空-地图像探测控制器可靠性增长设计

【摘要】:可靠性历来是航空航天领域关注的焦点之一,可靠性增长是产品设计过程中不断完善的迭代过程,但大多工作都局限于概念或顶层框架的研究,未涉及具体工程实现。以道路空——地图像探测控制器可靠性增长设计为背景,提出了一种基于电路优化的可靠性增长综合设计方法。通过分析控制器硬件电路结构,建立了可靠性结构模型与数学模型,根据模型分析结论对控制器基本可靠度较低的D/A结构驱动电路进行了优化,设计了一种基于动态可编程电压比较器的新型驱动电路。通过可靠性评估,优化后控制器的基本可靠性理论上增长了33.2%。进一步的环境应力筛选等可靠性验证试验表明:通过可靠性增长设计后,控制器不仅满足了系统功能与性能指标及可靠性要求,而且体积、重量、成本等综合性能也得到了提高。
[Abstract]:Reliability has always been one of the focuses in aerospace field. Reliability growth is an iterative process in the process of product design, but most of the work is limited to the research of concept or top-level frame, and does not involve specific engineering implementation.Based on the reliability growth design of road space-map image detection controller, a comprehensive design method of reliability growth based on circuit optimization is proposed.By analyzing the hardware circuit structure of the controller, the reliability structure model and the mathematical model are established. According to the conclusion of the model analysis, the driver circuit of the D / A structure with low basic reliability of the controller is optimized.A novel driving circuit based on dynamic programmable voltage comparator is designed.Through reliability evaluation, the basic reliability of the optimized controller is increased by 33.2in theory.Further reliability verification tests such as environmental stress screening show that the controller not only meets the requirements of system function and performance and reliability, but also meets the requirements of volume and weight after reliability growth design.Cost and other comprehensive performance has also been improved.
