声表面波翼伞组提带张力传感器设计

【摘要】:翼伞属于冲压空气降落伞一类,可以控制飞行的速度和方向,已经成为一种新型的飞行器。随着军事、国防以及民用上对翼伞投送要求的不断提高,新型翼伞的研发越来越迫切,其中一项重要的内容就是对翼伞伞绳张力变化的监控与测量。针对翼伞的开伞、飞行以及着陆等工作过程,张力传感器与接收装置直接连线会破坏翼伞结构的情况,本文采用声表面波传感器实现组提带张力无线无源的测量。张力通过传感器力学结构转变为应变,而应变与声表面波谐振频率有对应关系,通过声表面波频率的变化测量出组提带张力的变化。本文以组提带张力测试为研究对象,应用SolidWorks设计了传感器结构,通过ANSYS软件对传感器受力结构进行仿真,调整和优化相应的结构后制造了传感器实物,并将声表面波谐振器粘贴于应变最明显区域,通过拉力试验机展开实验。实验表明,谐振频率跟随组提带张力的变化呈线性相关。最后,通过重复多次实验,给出了传感器的各项性能指标。本文讨论了传感器保护壳的设计的问题,并着重讨论了附着在保护壳上的共形偶极子天线设计问题,这种天线设计不会对组提带等翼伞原有结构的运动造成阻碍。利用HFSS软件对平面偶极子天线及共形天线进行了设计、仿真和优化,并制作了共形天线实物。最后借助阅读器测试了传感器与天线整体的性能参数。实验表明,传感器与天线连接时能达到无线无源的功能,本文还从原理上提出了增强阅读器接收信号的方案。最后对整个系统的研究工作做了总结和展望,对论文的创新点作了说明,对后续张力传感器无线无源的实现提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Parachute is a kind of punched air parachute which can control the speed and direction of flight and has become a new type of aircraft. With the increasing requirements of military, national defense and civilian parachute delivery, the research and development of new parachute is becoming more and more urgent. One of the important contents is to monitor and measure the tension change of parachute rope. In view of the situation that the direct connection between the tension sensor and the receiving device will destroy the structure of the parachute during the parachute opening flight and landing the surface acoustic wave sensor is used to realize the wireless passive measurement of the group lifting tension. The strain is transformed into strain through the mechanical structure of the sensor, and the strain has a corresponding relationship with the resonance frequency of saw. The change of band lifting tension is measured by the change of saw frequency. In this paper, the structure of the sensor is designed by SolidWorks, and the stress structure of the sensor is simulated by ANSYS software. After adjusting and optimizing the corresponding structure, the sensor object is manufactured. The surface acoustic wave resonator is pasted in the most obvious strain region, and the experiment is carried out by the tensile testing machine. The experimental results show that the resonance frequency is linearly correlated with the variation of the band lift tension. Finally, the performance indexes of the sensor are given by repeated experiments. In this paper, we discuss the design of sensor protection shell, and focus on the design of conformal dipole antenna attached to the protective shell. The design of this antenna will not hinder the movement of the original structure of the parachute such as lifting band. The planar dipole antenna and conformal antenna are designed, simulated and optimized by HFSS software, and the conformal antenna is made. Finally, the performance parameters of the sensor and the antenna are tested with the help of the reader. The experimental results show that the sensor can achieve the function of wireless passive when connected with the antenna. In this paper, a scheme of enhancing the signal received by the reader is proposed in principle. Finally, the research work of the whole system is summarized and prospected, the innovation of the paper is explained, and the reference is provided for the realization of wireless passive sensor.
