复合材料加筋壁板结构选型设计

【摘要】:为确定某型飞机平尾壁板结构截面尺寸参数,验证计算分析方法是否合理、有效,通过有限元屈曲分析与试验相结合的手段,对复合材料加筋壁板轴压稳定性进行研究。研究了复合材料加筋壁板在相同支持条件下,提高加筋壁板筋条截面积占总截面积的比例对复合材料加筋壁板初始屈曲和承载能力的影响。试验结果表明:试验结果与计算结果较为接近,说明计算中采用的分析方法和分析模型准确有效;在筋条截面积比例提高3.0%的情况下,屈曲载荷提高10.0%左右。所得结论可指导复合材料加筋壁板设计在型号研制中的应用,为初步确定平尾壁板结构截面形式和尺寸提供参考。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the cross-section dimension parameters of a plane flat-tailed panel structure and verify whether the calculation and analysis method is reasonable and effective, the axial compression stability of composite stiffened panel is studied by means of the combination of finite element buckling analysis and test. The effect of increasing the ratio of reinforced slabs to total cross-sectional area on the initial buckling and bearing capacity of reinforced composite slabs under the same supporting conditions was studied. The experimental results show that the experimental results are close to the calculated results, which shows that the analytical method and the analytical model used in the calculation are accurate and effective, and the buckling load is increased by about 10.0% when the ratio of section area of steel bars is increased by 3.0%. The conclusions can be used to guide the design of reinforced composite panels in the development of the model and provide a reference for the preliminary determination of the cross-section form and size of the flat-tailed panels.
