某无人机起落架改型设计

【摘要】:无人机具有成本低、重量轻、无人员伤亡、机动性能好、适应性强等优点,在军事和民用领域上有着广泛的发展前景。起落架是无人机的重要组成部分,它的工作性能直接影响无人机的安全。滑橇式起落架结构简单、质量较轻,主要用于雪地和沙滩等松软着陆面不适合采用轮式起落架,或者着陆时平飞速度较小而无需采用轮式起落架的情况。本文根据一般起落架的基本任务和设计思路,提出了某型无人机滑橇式起落架的结构设计,根据起落架的使用要求,确定了起落架的基本形式和结构材料。对起落架分别进行静力学和动力学分析,根据静强度的分析结果调整结构参数,然后进行动力学分析,使结构满足使用要求。根据起落架的初步设计参数,使用ABAQUS建立了滑橇式起落架的有限元模型,对结构进行合理地铺层,将起落架的使用要求等效成合适的载荷和约束施加在模型上,计算其静强度和动强度,通过计算结果发现设计的模型符合起落架的强度要求,说明了该设计方案的合理性。然后对细节处进行分析,同样建立有限元模型进行力学仿真,得到在各工况下的应力和变形,计算结果表明细节处的设计同样满足要求。该滑橇式起落架通过本文的设计不仅满足无人机的使用要求和各工况下的强度要求,而且大大减轻了质量和使用成本,达到了本文的研究目的。
[Abstract]:Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has the advantages of low cost, light weight, no casualties, good maneuverability, strong adaptability and so on. Landing gear is an important part of UAV. Its performance directly affects the safety of UAV. The skid landing gear is simple in structure and light in mass. It is mainly used in soft landing surface such as snow and beach, which is not suitable for wheeled landing gear, or when landing speed is small and the wheel landing gear is not needed. According to the basic tasks and design ideas of the general landing gear, the structure design of the skid landing gear for a certain type of UAV is put forward, and the basic form and structure material of the landing gear are determined according to the requirements of the landing gear. The structural parameters are adjusted according to the results of static strength analysis, and then the dynamic analysis is carried out to make the structure meet the requirements of application. According to the preliminary design parameters of the landing gear, the finite element model of the skid landing gear is established by using ABAQUS. The structure is reasonably covered, and the requirements for the use of the landing gear are equivalent to the appropriate loads and constraints to be applied to the model. The static strength and dynamic strength are calculated. It is found that the designed model meets the strength requirements of the landing gear, and the rationality of the design scheme is illustrated. Then the details are analyzed and the finite element model is established to simulate the stress and deformation under various working conditions. The calculation results show that the design of the details also meets the requirements. The design of the skid landing gear not only meets the requirements of UAV use and strength under various conditions, but also greatly reduces the quality and cost of use, and achieves the purpose of this paper.
