飞机典型部件容差分配技术研究

【摘要】:飞机装配工艺路线长,所用工艺装备种类和数量繁多,产生误差的环节多,合理的容差分析与优化技术对保证飞机部件结构互换协调具有重要意义。本文以建立一套系统而完善的飞机部件容差设计方法为目标,基于飞机典型部件装配工艺方案的梳理和优化,简化、规范化单工位典型装配工艺过程,定义描述装配质量的关键特征,围绕相应的软件工具,开展公差优化算法研究,并进行系统的算例研究。论文主要研究内容如下:1.深入分析了飞机装配工艺过程,制定了4类典型结构件的装配工艺流程,简化了定位、夹紧、连接、回弹等单工位力学过程,定义了控制装配质量的关键特征和偏差控制方法,提出了制定装配工艺方案的3点原则,规范了单工位装配偏差分析建模方法和步骤,为装配偏差建模奠定了基础;2.系统性研究了应用VSA和3DCS软件进行飞机复杂部件装配偏差模型求解及公差分析的流程和方法,围绕如何选取公差调整对象,如何判断新的公差分配方案的合理性等问题,提出了敏感度最大优先修改原则,分析了公差优化的迭代方法;3-以某型机外襟翼部件和登机门部件为例,采用上述建立方法和原则确定了相应的装配工艺方案,结合VSA和3DCS软件工具,开展了公差建模、公差分析与优化的算例研究。系统性研究了飞机部件装配从结构分析、工艺方案制定、公差分析、公差优化等容差分析与优化工作。
[Abstract]:The aircraft assembly process route is long, the type and quantity of the process equipment used are various, and there are many links to produce errors. Reasonable tolerance analysis and optimization techniques are of great significance to ensure the interchange and coordination of aircraft components structure. The aim of this paper is to establish a systematic and perfect tolerance design method for aircraft components. Based on the carding and optimization of the assembly process of typical parts of aircraft, this paper simplifies and normalizes the typical assembly process of single station. The key features of assembly quality are defined and the tolerance optimization algorithm is studied around the corresponding software tools. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1: 1. In this paper, the assembly process of aircraft is deeply analyzed, and the assembly process of four kinds of typical structural parts is established. The mechanical processes of positioning, clamping, connecting and springback are simplified, and the key characteristics and deviation control methods for controlling assembly quality are defined. This paper puts forward three principles for making assembly process plan, standardizes the modeling method and procedure of single station assembly deviation analysis, and lays a foundation for assembly deviation modeling. This paper systematically studies the process and method of solving the assembly deviation model and the tolerance analysis of aircraft complex parts by using VSA and 3DCS software. The problems such as how to select the tolerance adjustment object and how to judge the rationality of the new tolerance distribution scheme are discussed. The principle of maximum sensitivity priority modification is put forward, and the iterative method of tolerance optimization is analyzed. Taking a certain type of external flaps and boarding gate components as an example, the corresponding assembly process scheme is determined by using the above establishment methods and principles. The tolerance modeling, tolerance analysis and optimization are studied with VSA and 3DCS software tools. The structural analysis, process scheme formulation, tolerance analysis, tolerance optimization and equal tolerance analysis and optimization of aircraft components assembly are systematically studied.
