海洋大气环境中飞机的环境损伤和环境适应性

【摘要】:海洋飞机90%以上的时间处于停放状态,影响海洋飞机环境适应性的最重要因素包括海洋大气自然环境和由设备工作散发的热量或排泄的废气所形成的诱发环境。国外海洋飞机服役过程中的环境损伤主要为结构、零部件的腐蚀,已构成当前航空装备头等重要的安全问题;我国海洋飞机暴露出的环境损伤问题涉及结构、电子产品等方面。国外对海洋飞机环境适应性的研究主要集中在:舰船平台环境及环境效应基础数据的积累;针对舰船平台特殊环境条件的新试验方法的研究;环境试验方法与海洋飞机寿命期任务特点的结合;针对海洋飞机环境效应数据的应用。我国对海洋飞机环境适应性的研究主要包括三个方面:舰船平台环境测量与分析;舰船平台环境影响研究;模拟舰船平台环境试验方法研究。对未来海洋飞机环境适应性,亟需研究关键材料、易腐蚀结构及机载电子产品在舰船平台环境下的环境效应变化规律,积累舰船平台环境的气候因素和污染物因素数据,建立相应的环境谱,建立针对易腐蚀结构的模拟舰船平台环境实验室加速试验方法和装置,以支撑海洋飞机环境工程工作。
[Abstract]:More than 90% of the time of the marine aircraft is in the state of parking. The most important factors affecting the adaptability of the marine aircraft include the natural environment of the ocean atmosphere and the induced environment formed by the heat emitted by the working equipment or the exhaust gas emitted by the equipment. The main environmental damage of offshore aircraft in service abroad is structure, corrosion of parts and components, which has become the most important safety problem of aviation equipment at present, and the environmental damage problem exposed by marine aircraft in our country relates to structure, electronic products and so on. The researches on the environmental adaptability of marine aircraft abroad are mainly focused on: the accumulation of basic data on the environment of ship platform and its environmental effects, the research of new test methods for special environmental conditions of ship platform, and the research on the new test methods for the special environmental conditions of the marine platform. The combination of environmental test method and the characteristics of marine aircraft lifetime task, and the application of marine aircraft environmental effect data. The research on the environmental adaptability of marine aircraft in China mainly includes three aspects: the environmental measurement and analysis of ship platform, the research of environmental impact on ship platform, and the research on environmental test method of simulated ship platform. For the future marine aircraft environment adaptability, it is urgent to study the key materials, corrosion prone structures and environmental effects of airborne electronic products in the marine platform environment, and accumulate the data of climate factors and pollutant factors in the marine platform environment. In order to support the environmental engineering work of marine aircraft, the corresponding environmental spectrum is established, and the accelerated test method and device for the environment laboratory of simulated ship platform are set up in order to support the environmental engineering work of marine aircraft.
