宇航用射频同轴连接器及电缆组件产品设计

【摘要】:随着我国空间技术的飞速发展,各航天器的发射任务日益增多,各个系统所需要的连接器和电缆组件种类及规格也日益多样化,普通连接器和电缆组件已经无法满足型号要求,而国内连接器和电缆组件的质量可靠性等级长期以来都停留在较低的水平,尤其是射频同轴连接器及电缆组件(以下简称产品),虽然普通军用等级产品发展已经比较成熟,但国产宇航用射频同轴电缆组件仍有很多空白。本文通过产品失效情况的统计及分析,并结合宇航应用提出的新要求,对宇航用产品的设计要求进行了阐述。在理论分析的基础上,对空间适应性设计、结构设计、可靠性设计及实现工艺进行分析,并提出相应的设计方案和工艺方案,主要包括根据辐照、热真空释气的苛刻条件分析薄弱点及敏感特性,实现正确选材。并从热设计、防腐蚀、老化设计等方面采取措施,以提高其固有可靠性。最后对产品生产工艺进行详细分析,找出关键工艺并提出控制措施。产品实现后制定了详细的试验验证方案,对产品进行全面的检测和试验,包括全性能分析试验、结构分析试验、极限评估试验及寿命考核强化试验等。所有试验结果表明该产品具有优良的机械性能、电气性能及环境性能,具有较高的宇航空间适应性,所有性能指标均不低于国内外同类产品,尤其是SMA、TNC系列产品电压驻波比可以达到1.25,远高于国外同类产品,达到了国内领先、国际先进的水平,为其他宇航用元器件系统性开发奠定良好基础。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of space technology in our country, the launching missions of each spacecraft are increasing day by day, and the types and specifications of connectors and cable assemblies required by each system are becoming more and more diversified, and ordinary connectors and cable assemblies can no longer meet the requirements of models. However, the quality and reliability levels of domestic connectors and cable assemblies have remained at a relatively low level for a long time, especially the RF coaxial connectors and cable assemblies (hereinafter referred to as "products"), although the development of ordinary military grade products has been relatively mature. But domestic aerospace radio frequency coaxial cable assembly still has a lot of blank. Based on the statistics and analysis of product failure and the new requirements of aerospace applications, the design requirements of aerospace products are described in this paper. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the space adaptive design, structure design, reliability design and realization process are analyzed. The harsh conditions of thermal vacuum gas release are used to analyze the weakness and sensitive characteristics to realize the correct material selection. Measures are taken to improve the inherent reliability of thermal design, corrosion resistance and aging design. Finally, the production process of the product is analyzed in detail, the key process is found out and the control measures are put forward. After the realization of the product, a detailed test and verification scheme was made, and the product was tested and tested comprehensively, including the full-performance analysis test, the structure analysis test, the limit evaluation test and the life assessment strengthening test, etc. All the test results show that the product has excellent mechanical, electrical and environmental properties, and has higher space adaptability, and all the performance indexes are not lower than those of similar products at home and abroad. Especially, the voltage standing wave ratio of SMA-TNC series products can reach 1.25, which is much higher than the similar products of foreign countries, and has reached the advanced level of domestic and international, which lays a good foundation for the systematic development of other aerospace components.
