基于故障树的飞机故障诊断专家系统技术研究

【摘要】:故障诊断是民航飞机维修中最经常、最主要的工作,诊断的准确度、效率和提出的维修策略直接影响维修工作的整体水平。故障诊断专家系统是拥有专家知识、能模拟专家思维方式的软件系统,用来进行故障原因的自动推理,可以提高诊断的可靠性和维修的经济性。由于国内关于飞机故障诊断专家系统的研究起步较晚,并且国外开发的系统技术细节都未公开,所以目前国内关于飞机故障诊断专家系统关键技术方面的研究还较少。国内航空公司在这方面的工作仍然以形成备忘录、维修经验汇总、故障处理指南等为主,这些经验知识只能在出现类似故障时供参考,对于具体的故障现象仍然需要进行复杂的原理分析,不能本质上提高维修效率。因此研究飞机故障诊断专家系统的关键技术,深入分析专家系统的功能、原理,对国内飞机故障诊断技术的发展和完善,以及维修效率的提升都具有非常重要的意义。论文围绕故障诊断专家系统关键技术进行了深入的研究,主要研究内容如下:首先,论文研究设计了准确、完整描述系统原理和经验知识的方法,用以满足专家系统对知识进行自动推理的需求,分别是用于描述部件、线路的框架知识表示法,和用于描述故障逻辑的基于产生式规则的知识表示法。通过上述两种方法可以将所有知识包含到专家系统的知识库中,。其次,本文在运用故障树分析法对飞机系统研究和分析的基础上,研究了自动推理的控制方式,设计了正向推理故障原因、反向推理辅助故障现象的综合推理方法,并提出了优先级法实现推理过程的冲突消解,并实现了推理过程的自动解释。专家系统运行时需要进行数据的存储和调用,本文在对数据库知识研究的基础上,研究设计了知识在数据库中的的存储方法,开发了数据库连接技术。论文将研究的框架知识表示法、基于产生式规则的知识表示法及在优先级控制下的正反向综合推理方法应用于所开发的故障诊断专家系统软件上,通过测试验证了这些关键技术的正确性和可行性,研究成果对促进我国飞机故障诊断技术的发展及故障诊断专家系统的开发具有重要的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Fault diagnosis is the most frequent and important work in the maintenance of civil aviation aircraft. The accuracy, efficiency and maintenance strategy of the diagnosis directly affect the overall level of the maintenance work. Fault diagnosis expert system is a software system which has expert knowledge and can simulate expert thinking mode. It can be used for automatic reasoning of fault cause and can improve the reliability of diagnosis and the economy of maintenance. Because the domestic research on aircraft fault diagnosis expert system started late, and the technical details of the system developed abroad are not disclosed, there are few researches on the key technology of aircraft fault diagnosis expert system in China at present. The work of domestic airlines in this area is still dominated by the formation of memorandums, summary of maintenance experience, and guidelines on fault handling, which can only be used for reference in the event of similar failures. Complex principle analysis is still needed for the specific fault phenomenon, which can not improve the maintenance efficiency in essence. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the key technology of aircraft fault diagnosis expert system and analyze the function and principle of expert system, which is very important for the development and improvement of domestic aircraft fault diagnosis technology and the improvement of maintenance efficiency. The key technologies of fault diagnosis expert system are deeply studied in this paper. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the method of describing the system principle and experience knowledge accurately and completely is designed. To satisfy the requirement of expert system for automatic reasoning of knowledge, it is used to describe the components, the frame knowledge representation of the circuit, and the knowledge representation based on the production rules to describe the fault logic. Through the above two methods, all knowledge can be included in the knowledge base of the expert system. Secondly, based on the research and analysis of aircraft system by using fault tree analysis, this paper studies the control mode of automatic reasoning, and designs a comprehensive reasoning method of the fault cause of forward reasoning and auxiliary fault phenomenon of reverse reasoning. The priority method is proposed to resolve the conflict of the reasoning process, and the automatic interpretation of the reasoning process is realized. The expert system needs to store and transfer the data while it is running. Based on the research of database knowledge, this paper studies and designs the storage method of knowledge in database, and develops the technology of database connection. In this paper, the framework knowledge representation, the knowledge representation based on production rules and the forward and backward integrated reasoning method under priority control are applied to the developed fault diagnosis expert system software. The correctness and feasibility of these key technologies are verified by tests. The research results have important application value in promoting the development of aircraft fault diagnosis technology and the development of fault diagnosis expert system in China.
