7050-T7451铝合金化铣加工速率影响因素研究

【摘要】:化铣是一种通过化学腐蚀方法进行金属加工的工件成形加工方法,控制化铣速率精度是化铣工艺的关键。本文根据铝合金化铣的反应机理,通过配置不同配比的铝合金化铣液,研究了影响化铣加工速率的主要因素,获得控制铝合金化铣的工艺参数。研究结果表明:化铣速率取决于Na OH质量浓度和温度,随着Na OH质量浓度和温度的升高,化铣速率增加;当化铣时间达到30min后,化铣速率基本达到平衡。
[Abstract]:Chemical milling is a kind of forming method for metal machining by chemical etching. Controlling the precision of chemical milling rate is the key of chemical milling process. In this paper, according to the reaction mechanism of aluminum alloy chemical milling, the main factors that affect the processing rate of aluminum alloy are studied by using different proportion of aluminum alloy melt milling liquid, and the technological parameters of controlling aluminum alloy chemical milling are obtained. The results show that the rate of chemical milling depends on the concentration and temperature of NaOH. With the increase of concentration and temperature of NaOH, the rate of chemical milling increases, and when the milling time reaches 30min, the rate of chemical milling basically reaches equilibrium.
