个性化定制下民用客机选项功能评价研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the civil aircraft manufacturing industry is in the stage of vigorous development. A large number of customers' personalized needs force manufacturers to invest a lot of research in configuration method to ensure their competitiveness in the market. The research on civil aircraft option function is the basis of configuration of civil aircraft configuration. This paper combines the function of civil aircraft options and customer personality. Based on the point of view of the civil aircraft manufacturers, this paper analyzes the definition and process of civil aircraft options, classifying the properties and classifying the options, respectively. The five categories are series, engine, cabin layout, equipment and operating environment. The options are related to the customer's personalized needs. Secondly, to meet the customer's personalized needs is the function of the civil aircraft option, and the individual needs of the customers are not proposed in the existing civil aircraft options research. By collecting the individualized demand of the airline company, the grey clustering analysis is used. The method is to deal with the customer's needs and verify the case with the demand of avionics equipment. Thirdly, a preferred idea is put forward for the evaluation of the civil aircraft option function. The evaluation index system of civil aircraft is constructed by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the qualitative analysis of the index system is carried out with the fuzzy mathematics to individualize the treated customers. Demand is replaced by weight, quantifying qualitative problems, and using fuzzy association rules to study the relevance between options. Finally, a set of civil aircraft options evaluation system is developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008, which mainly realize civil aircraft options creation, customer demand processing, civil aircraft options. Evaluation and other functions can provide convenience and basis for civil aircraft manufacturers in the design of options. This paper makes the design and development process of civil aircraft options more basis on the basis of the option function research and the individual needs of customers. It improves the market competitiveness of civil aircraft products from the perspective of option development, and has a certain significance and price for the research of civil aircraft options.
