企业战略规划的一体化管理系统

【摘要】：正战略规划的落地需要企业内部各个层面管理要素的支持与配合,全面系统地建设战略规划实施体系是战略规划落地生根的唯一出路。对于企业战略规划,业内流传一句顺口溜:"规划规划,纸上画画,墙上挂挂。"企业战略规划不应只是墙上的"画",而应该切实转变为脚下的"路"。那么企业战略规划如何能落地呢?
[Abstract]:The landing of the strategic planning needs the support and cooperation of the management elements in each level of the enterprise. It is the only way for the strategic planning to take root in a comprehensive and systematic way to build the implementation system of the strategic planning. For corporate strategic planning, the industry has a saying: "Planning, drawing on paper, hanging on the wall." Enterprise strategic planning should not be just a picture on the wall, but should be transformed into a road under the feet. So how can corporate strategic planning land?
