面向航天型号研制的CAPP系统设计与实现

【摘要】:航天型号的研究和生产属于高端的集成制造业,对于设计技术、工艺技术各方面的要求较高。对于航天型号研究院所以及相关生产制造单位而言,技术的高标准和信息时代的新变化迫使上海航天控制技术研究所在数据共享和技术标准化、多样化的道路上发展。而全球化的航天领域研究探索活动的增加和竞争,迫使我国航天型号的研制、生产、调试和测试验证周期进一步缩短压缩。过去依赖纸质传递技术要求的设计、工艺、制造以及质量管理模式和信息处理方法,己无法适应各类军兵种或民用行业对于航天研制单位提出的快速研制、高效生产的要求,无法满足航天型号企业单位在质量可靠、高效稳定等方面的发展需求。本次选题主要立足于我国航天型号研制过程中计算机辅助工艺过程设计系统CAPP的设计开发与应用实现。针对航天型号在研制和批产期间,具有技术集成度高、产品技术状态变化多、学科涉及面广的特点,开发一套符合控制所航天型号研制特点的CAPP系统。首先根据CAPP系统及航天型号研制管理特点,从上海航天控制技术研究所的管理模式入手,根据其管理特点阐述了开发CAPP系统的可行性;然后在航天型号研制业务分析的基础上,从功能需求和安全性需求两个方面分析总结了本系统的具体需求分析,为后期的系统设计提供开发依据和规范。然后以设计原则和目标为基础,分别对系统逻辑架构、网络结构、功能结构和数据库、安全性五个方面进行设计阐述。CAPP作为工艺编制和技术状态管理的信息化手段,对解决工艺编制和管理低效率的难题和现状具有现实意义和深远影响,对于航天技术研究所而言,本系统是开发利用经验知识和管理控制工艺技术状态的强有力工具。在上海航天控制技术研究所工艺战线上运用CAPP能大大提高工艺规程编制效率,进一步提高文件规范性和一致性,能够大幅增加文件信息提取再应用的能力和管理水平,促进研究所信息化智能化水平的提高,促进生产的合理规划。
[Abstract]:The research and production of aerospace model belong to the high-end integrated manufacturing industry. For the Aerospace Model Research Institute and related production and manufacturing institutions, the high standards of technology and the new changes in the information age force the Shanghai Aerospace Control Technology Research Institute to develop on the road of data sharing and technology standardization and diversification. However, the increase and competition of research and exploration activities in the global space field have forced the development, production, commissioning and verification cycle of Chinese aerospace models to be further shortened and compressed. In the past, the design, process, manufacture, quality management model and information processing method, which relied on the technical requirements of paper transmission, could not meet the requirements of rapid development and efficient production for aerospace development units put forward by various arms, or civilian industries. Can not meet the aerospace enterprise units in the quality of reliable, efficient and stable development needs. This topic is mainly based on the design, development and application of the computer aided process planning system (CAPP) in the process of aerospace model development in China. In view of the characteristics of high integration of technology, variety of product technology and wide range of disciplines during the period of development and batch production of aerospace model, a set of CAPP system is developed in accordance with the characteristics of research and development of aerospace model in the control institute. According to the characteristics of CAPP system and aerospace model development management, this paper starts with the management mode of Shanghai Aerospace Control Technology Research Institute, and expounds the feasibility of developing CAPP system according to its management characteristics, and then on the basis of the analysis of aerospace model development business, This paper analyzes and summarizes the specific requirement analysis of the system from two aspects of function requirement and security requirement, and provides the development basis and standard for the later design of the system. Then on the basis of the design principles and objectives, the paper designs and expounds the system logic structure, the network structure, the function structure and the database, and the security, respectively. CAPP is used as the information-based means of process planning and technical state management. It is of practical significance and far-reaching influence to solve the problem and present situation of low efficiency in process planning and management. For the Institute of Aerospace Technology, this system is a powerful tool for developing and utilizing experiential knowledge and managing and controlling the state of process technology. The application of CAPP in the process front of Shanghai Aerospace Control Technology Research Institute can greatly improve the efficiency of process planning, further improve the standardization and consistency of documents, and greatly increase the ability and management level of document information extraction and reuse. To promote the intelligent level of information in the Institute to promote the rational planning of production.
