航空电源系统测试平台控制技术研究

【摘要】:飞机电源系统(包括主电源、辅助电源和应急电源等)是飞机最重要的系统之一,它承担着为飞行控制、导航、无线电通信、雷达及电子对抗、导弹发射等装置提供电力的使命,同时飞机电源系统的供电质量直接关系着飞机上各种用电设备的正常工作,进而影响到飞行安全及任务执行。因此,在维护工作中对飞机电源系统的性能测试及保障提出了严格的要求。为了保障飞机电源系统的检测要求,提高飞机电源系统可靠性,开始借助专用的测试保障仪器对飞机电源系统进行定期检查,以确保所有检测参数都能够达到规定的技术指标。鉴于飞机机载电源设备及其部附件复杂的测试需求,课题组研制了航空电源系统测试平台。本文主要开展对航空电源系统测试平台控制技术的研究。在航空电源系统测试平台中采用一台大功率高速拖动电机模拟飞机发动机带动被测发电机工作,测量被测发电机及部附件的各项性能参数,从而达到离位定检目的。为使大功率高速拖动电机获得良好的动、静态调速性能,本文建立了大功率高速拖动电机的仿真模型,并进行了三种控制策略的仿真分析,根据测试平台上位机与子测试系统及测试资源的运行需求设计了测控系统,此外,根据平台测试任务在LabVIEW2010编程环境下编写了测试平台的软件系统。全文主要进行了以下几方面的研究工作:1.学习了航空电源系统的相关技术资料,分析系统测试任务要求,明确了测试需要。2.分析了航空电源系统测试平台的功能需求,研究了平台设计的整体思路,确定了平台控制技术三大关键问题的研究方向。3.根据大功率高速拖动电机的调速需求,建立了电机模型,并进行了三种控制策略的仿真分析,优选了直接转矩控制策略。4.具体研究了平台的测控需求,设计了平台的测控系统,完成了上位机与各子测试系统以及测试资源的协同工作。5.在LabVIEW2010编程环境下完成了测试资源控制程序的编写以及平台软件系统的构建。
[Abstract]:Aircraft power system (including main power supply, auxiliary power supply and emergency power supply etc.) is one of the most important systems of aircraft. It is responsible for flight control, navigation, radio communication, radar and electronic countermeasures. At the same time, the power supply quality of the aircraft power supply system is directly related to the normal operation of all kinds of electrical equipment on the aircraft, and then affects the flight safety and mission execution. Therefore, in the maintenance of aircraft power system performance testing and support put forward strict requirements. In order to ensure the detection requirements of aircraft power system and improve the reliability of aircraft power system, the aircraft power supply system is checked regularly with the help of special test support instruments to ensure that all the parameters of the test can reach the prescribed technical targets. In view of the complex test requirements of aircraft airborne power supply equipment and its accessories, a test platform for aeronautical power supply system is developed. This paper mainly studies the control technology of aeronautical power system test platform. In the test platform of aeronautical power supply system, a high-power high-speed drive motor is used to simulate the aircraft engine to drive the generator to work, and the performance parameters of the generator and its accessories are measured, so as to achieve the purpose of locating and checking out of position. In order to obtain good dynamic and static speed regulation performance of high power high speed drive motor, the simulation model of high power high speed drive motor is established in this paper, and three kinds of control strategies are simulated and analyzed. The test and control system is designed according to the running requirements of the upper computer, sub-test system and test resources of the test platform. In addition, the software system of the test platform is compiled under the LabVIEW2010 programming environment according to the platform test task. The full text mainly carries on the following several aspects of research work: 1. Studied the aeronautical power supply system related technical data, analyzed the system test task request, defined the test need. 2. This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the test platform for aeronautical power supply system, studies the overall idea of the platform design, and determines the research direction of three key problems of platform control technology. According to the speed regulation requirement of high power and high speed drive motor, the motor model is established, and the simulation analysis of three control strategies is carried out, and the direct torque control strategy .4is selected. The measurement and control system of the platform is designed, and the cooperative work of the host computer with each sub-test system and the test resources is completed. The programming of test resource control program and the construction of platform software system are completed in LabVIEW2010 programming environment.
