石蜡基凝胶燃料的制备及性能表征

【摘要】:以气相二氧化硅(A型)和改性蓖麻油(B型)为胶凝剂制备了两类石蜡凝胶,研究了胶凝剂类型对石蜡凝胶燃料体系稳定性、屈服应力、粘度和触变性的影响规律,采用HBE本构方程拟合了粘度曲线。结果表明,B型石蜡凝胶物理稳定性较好,受胶凝剂含量和离心力作用的影响较小;石蜡凝胶屈服应力和粘度随胶凝剂含量的增加而增大,B型石蜡凝胶的屈服应力受胶凝剂含量的影响比A型小。石蜡凝胶的粘度随剪切速率的增大而减小,具有剪切稀化性,A型石蜡凝胶的幂律指数(n)值随胶凝剂含量的增加从-0.029变化到-0.172,B型石蜡凝胶的n值从0.510变化到0.342;A型和B型石蜡凝胶都有一定触变性,但其复凝性很弱。
[Abstract]:Two kinds of paraffin gels were prepared by using gas phase silica (type A) and modified castor oil (type B) as gelling agents. The effects of gelling agents on the stability, yield stress, viscosity and thixotropy of paraffin gel fuel system were studied. The viscosity curve was fitted by HBE constitutive equation. The results show that the physical stability of B type paraffin gel is better, and the effect of gelling agent content and centrifugal force is small. The yield stress and viscosity of paraffin wax gel increased with the increase of gelling agent content. The viscosity of paraffin gel decreases with the increase of shear rate. The power law index (n) of the paraffin gels with shear thinning property changes from -0.029 to -0.172 ~ B from 0.510 to 0.342A and B paraffin gels, but the reagglutination property is very weak.
