机载设备的电磁干扰及电磁兼容性分析研究

【摘要】:随着现代社会信息化进程的不断加快,各类电气、电子设备的大量应用,电磁干扰变得无处不在,飞行器系统中各种设备的电磁敏感度越来越高,其电磁兼容性越来越受到人们的重视。机载设备的电磁兼容能力对飞行器的设计、定型、生产和安全都有着举足轻重的作用。本文结合科研项目相关内容进行选题,围绕机载设备线缆线束串扰、线缆线束的敏感度分析及机载设备电磁兼容实验进行展开。论文主要研究内容为:首先,介绍了电磁干扰和电磁兼容的相关理论,主要包括复杂电磁环境理论、电磁干扰模型的组成,飞行器电磁环境及效应分析。其次,对机载设备线缆线束的传导干扰和辐射干扰这两方面了进行研究。对线缆线束的串扰值和电磁敏感度的计算方法和计算模型进行分析,对飞行器的具体实验环境进行了分析介绍,建立了特定实验环境下的飞行器及干扰波模型,利用软件仿真的手段分别对6种线缆线束的串扰和6种线缆线束的电磁敏感度进行了计算,并对计算结果进行了分析。最后,以陀螺仪为受试对象,根据GJB-152A-97《军用设备和分系统电磁发射和敏感度测量》中的CE102、CS101、RE102测试项目的方法,我们制定了相应的测试方案,并对其进行了实际的测试实验,对实验结果进行分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology in modern society, electromagnetic interference (EMI) becomes ubiquitous, and the electromagnetic sensitivity of all kinds of equipments in aircraft systems is becoming higher and higher with the application of various kinds of electrical and electronic equipment. More and more attention has been paid to its electromagnetic compatibility. EMC capability of airborne equipment plays an important role in aircraft design, production and safety. This paper focuses on the crosstalk of cable harness of airborne equipment, sensitivity analysis of cable harness and electromagnetic compatibility experiment of airborne equipment. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the related theories of EMI and EMC are introduced, including the theory of complex electromagnetic environment, the composition of EMI model, the electromagnetic environment of aircraft and the effect analysis. Secondly, the conduction interference and radiation interference of cable harness of airborne equipment are studied. The calculation method and model of crosstalk value and electromagnetic sensitivity of cable harness are analyzed, the specific experimental environment of aircraft is analyzed and the model of aircraft and interference wave under special experimental environment is established. The crosstalk of six kinds of cable harness and the electromagnetic sensitivity of six kinds of cable harness are calculated by the means of software simulation, and the calculation results are analyzed. Finally, taking gyroscope as the object of study, according to the method of CE102,CS101,RE102 test item in GJB-152A-97 "electromagnetic Emission and sensitivity Measurement of military equipment and Sub-system", we have made the corresponding test plan, and carried on the actual test experiment to it. The experimental results are analyzed.
