AFL信息融合技术的研究及其应用

【摘要】:空中飞行模拟试验机(Avionics Flying Laboratory,AFL)作为各机型航空电子系统及信息融合技术的验证平台,其研制水平是衡量一个国家航空工业发达的重要标志,受到业界特别关注。但是如何设计AFL仿真验证平台的分布式系统结构极具挑战,尤其是将信息融合技术应用于分布式系统构型以得到更可靠的航空电子系统的融合验证信息更为艰难,因此相关研究文献不多。本文针对这一难题,在研究分布式仿真体系和信息融合技术基础上,对AFL进行模型设计和仿真验证,完成AFL的软件设计和实现,并综合评价AFL信息融合仿真验证平台的可信度。论文主要工作要点如下:1.研究AFL信息融合策略及融合算法。由于不同传感器其数据特性不同导致融合策略也不同,在对常用传感器数据特性进行研究的基础上,研究了基于支持度矩阵的局部状态估计融合算法和基于角度的双门限航迹关联与融合算法并针对本系统特性制订了三种融合策略。最后通过仿真试验验证了融合策略和算法的有效性;2.研究AFL分布式信息融合系统设计的需求及关键技术。本文采用技术嫁接方式,将DIS和HLA两种仿真体系对比分析后的改进技术应用于AFL信息融合仿真验证平台的设计,提出一种面向机载航空电子系统的分布式信息融合仿真系统架构;3.AFL信息融合仿真验证平台的软件实现与应用。首先采用微软的Visual C++6.0进行系统软件设计、采用MFC、ProEssentials技术为仿真系统提供可视化交互环境;然后分析被测系统需求,设计了三种测试案例。最后通过分析试验数据,验证了该系统运行良好,能够灵活选择被测系统及融合策略,具有较好的可靠性、稳定性、扩展性;4.综合评估AFL信息融合仿真验证平台的可信度。信息融合系统的仿真可信度评估包括建模和仿真的各个环节。首先建立可信度评估模型,并分析常见的几种评估方法。然后先采用AHP法建立评估指标体系、确定指标权重,再采用相似理论综合评估各指标的可信度分量。最终用以评估AFL融合仿真系统的可信度。分析评估结果可知该融合仿真系统具有较高的可信度,因此论文的相关研究,对信息融合技术在AFL的研究及应用有一定的工程参考价值。
[Abstract]:As the verification platform of avionics system and information fusion technology, (Avionics Flying Laboratory,AFL (Air Flight Simulation Test Machine) is an important symbol to measure the development of a country's aviation industry, and has been paid special attention to by the industry. However, how to design the distributed system structure of AFL simulation verification platform is very challenging, especially it is more difficult to apply the information fusion technology to the distributed system configuration to obtain more reliable fusion verification information of avionics system. Therefore, the relevant research literature is few. In this paper, based on the research of distributed simulation system and information fusion technology, the model design and simulation verification of AFL are carried out, the software design and implementation of AFL are completed, and the credibility of AFL information fusion simulation verification platform is comprehensively evaluated. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. Research on AFL information fusion strategy and fusion algorithm. Due to the different data characteristics of different sensors, the fusion strategy is also different. Based on the research of the data characteristics of common sensors, The local state estimation fusion algorithm based on support matrix and the dual threshold path association and fusion algorithm based on angle are studied. Three fusion strategies are proposed according to the characteristics of the system. Finally, the effectiveness of the fusion strategy and algorithm is verified by simulation. 2. The requirements and key technologies of AFL distributed information fusion system design are studied. In this paper, the improved technology of DIS and HLA is applied to the design of AFL information fusion simulation platform. This paper presents a distributed information fusion simulation system architecture for airborne avionics system and the software implementation and application of 3.AFL information fusion simulation verification platform. Firstly, the system software is designed with Visual C 6.0 of Microsoft, and the visual interactive environment is provided by MFC,ProEssentials technology, and then three kinds of test cases are designed by analyzing the requirements of the system under test. Finally, through the analysis of the test data, it is proved that the system works well, and it can flexibly select the tested system and fusion strategy, which has good reliability, stability and expansibility. 4. The credibility of AFL information fusion simulation verification platform is comprehensively evaluated. The credibility evaluation of information fusion system includes modeling and simulation. Firstly, the credibility evaluation model is established, and several common evaluation methods are analyzed. Then the AHP method is used to establish the evaluation index system to determine the index weight and then the similarity theory is used to evaluate the reliability components of each index. Finally, it is used to evaluate the credibility of AFL fusion simulation system. The analysis and evaluation results show that the fusion simulation system has a high reliability, so the related research in this paper has a certain engineering reference value for the research and application of information fusion technology in AFL.
