螺压过程物料温度和压力测试技术研究
[Abstract]:As a basic product of national defense, double base propellant is widely used. In order to improve its production capacity and ensure production safety, it is urgent to study the properties of materials and find out the dialectical relationship between material properties and production conditions and production equipment. On this basis, the optimal production conditions for different equipment or the design of appropriate process structure according to the properties of materials are found. In order to solve the above problems, some important process parameters such as material temperature and pressure must be tested. In this paper, the screw pressing process of double base propellants is tested and studied. After theoretical analysis of material temperature and pressure, the dynamic test of new concept is used as the theoretical basis, and according to the index and requirement of testing task, A two-parameter multi-channel testing scheme for screw pressing process is presented, and a testing system for material temperature and pressure in screw pressing process is designed and developed. The test system consists of a multi-channel temperature tester, a multi-channel pressure tester and a host computer. The tester consists of a front-end sensor, a signal conditioning module, a AD conversion module, a collection and storage module, a logic control module and a communication interface. Is the core unit of the test system. After collecting and storing the target parameters of snail pressure process, the upper computer analyzes and processes the data back through USB communication interface. The system has the characteristics of modularization and low power consumption. The internal battery power supply can ensure the system 10 hours of super-long test task. Through the calibration experiment of the test system, the sensitivity of the system is determined. Through the analysis of the simulated experimental data, the test results are satisfactory. The system can complete the task of testing and studying the characteristics of the materials in the screw pressing process, which is to analyze the properties of the materials. Improve process equipment, improve production efficiency and ensure production safety to provide reliable data basis.
