复合材料胶铆混合修理优化设计
[Abstract]:Composite materials have been widely used in aircraft structures, and they are easy to produce various defects and damage in manufacture, transportation and service. How to repair these defects and injuries in order to restore the strength and stiffness of the structure and ensure its safe service is an urgent problem to be solved. The main structural repair methods of composite materials are adhesive repair, riveting repair and mechanical-adhesive hybrid repair. In this paper, the related theory of composite structure repair technology is summarized, and the related parameters of adhesive and riveted repair are analyzed and discussed in detail, and the effect of working procedure on the repair effect is discussed. Then, the theory of hybrid repair technology of rubber riveting is discussed. Then the ANSYS finite element software is used to simulate and model the carbon fiber composite laminated laminate mechanical repair structure, which is widely used in aircraft skin, and the model is compared with the adhesive repair model. The stress characteristics and stress distribution of the rubber layer are analyzed and studied. The conclusion provides a valuable reference for the design of the composite structure repair scheme. Finally, through the finite element modeling and the result analysis of optimization design of hybrid repair structure, an optimal repair plan is put forward according to the laminated layer angle in hybrid repair. The rubber riveting hybrid repair scheme presented in this paper provides a certain reference for enriching and perfecting the existing composite material repair technology.
