丙烯酸酯浸渗工艺在航空发动机零件密封上的应用

【摘要】:使用丙烯酸酯浸渗对标准粉末冶金件和WJ6发动机附件传动机匣进行浸渗工艺实验,并对浸渗后工件的耐压、耐溶剂、装机连续运行等进行研究。结果表明,丙烯酸酯浸渗的最佳浸渗压力为10 MPa,浸渗时间为40 min。耐受性满足要求,丙烯酸酯浸渗工艺残余物少、去除容易、清洁度高,可以替代亚麻油浸渗。
[Abstract]:The impregnation process of standard powder metallurgy parts and WJ6 engine accessories transmission casing was carried out by using acrylate impregnation. The pressure resistance solvent resistance and continuous operation of the workpiece after impregnation were studied. The results show that the optimum infiltration pressure is 10 MPa, and the time is 40 min.. It can replace linseed oil with low residue, easy removal and high cleanliness.
