应用单元体参数的航空发动机性能预警方法

【摘要】:基于安全关口前移的性能预警要求,提出以单元体参数的航空发动机性能预警方法,提取发动机原理分析性能参数相关的可测参数与参数组合.以发动机机队为研究对象,运用数据统计的σ准则构建性能指数动态阈值模型.以PW4077D型机队5台发动机1 440~1 980循环数据验证模型,并与主成分性能阈值模型比较.结果表明:构建的模型计算结果与主成分模型结果一致,即性能动态阈值随循环数增加而复杂下降,在1 500,1 560和1 840等循环附近阈值有所恢复.
[Abstract]:Based on the performance warning requirement of safety gate forward shift, an aero-engine performance warning method based on unit body parameters is proposed, and the engine principle is extracted to analyze the testable parameters and the combination of parameters related to performance parameters. Taking the engine fleet as the research object, the dynamic threshold model of performance index is constructed by using the 蟽 criterion of data statistics. The model was validated with the cyclic data of five engines of PW4077D fleet, and compared with the principal component performance threshold model. The results show that the calculated results of the proposed model are consistent with the results of the principal component model, that is, the dynamic threshold of performance decreases with the increase of the number of cycles, and the threshold values near the cycles such as 1500, 1 560 and 1 840 are restored to some extent.
