基于均衡线程组的试飞FC总线多科目处理技术

【摘要】:航空总线光纤通道(FC)正逐渐取代传统的1553B,成为新一代航电系统的构架协议;FC总线具有数据量大等特点,同时试飞工程师需处理的消息数也越来越多,对FC总线多科目数据处理提出了更高的要求;针对飞行试验多科目总线数据处理的特点,提出了一种基于均衡线程组的试飞航电总线多科目数据处理方法,打破了飞行试验传统航电总线多科目处理模式,提高了试飞航电总线多科目处理效率,最后在某试验机飞行试验中进行了应用,试验表明其处理效率是传统飞行试验航电总线处理技术的40倍,解决了海量试验FC航电总线数据多科目处理难题,满足了现代飞行试验FC多科目高效处理需求。
[Abstract]:Aviation bus fibre Channel (FC) is gradually replacing the traditional 1553B and becoming the architecture protocol of the new generation avionics system. FC bus has the characteristics of large amount of data, at the same time, the flight test engineers need to deal with more and more messages, which puts forward higher requirements for multi-subject data processing of FC bus. In view of the characteristics of multi-subject bus data processing in flight test, a multi-subject data processing method of flight test avionics bus based on balanced thread group is proposed, which breaks the traditional multi-subject processing mode of flight test avionics bus. The multi-subject processing efficiency of flight test avionics bus is improved. Finally, it is applied in flight test of a certain testing machine. The experimental results show that its processing efficiency is 40 times higher than that of traditional flight test avionics bus processing technology. The problem of multi-subject data processing in mass test FC avionics bus is solved, and the requirement of multi-subject processing in modern flight test FC is satisfied.
