航班地面等待轮候时间阈值优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,旅客流量和航班数量的快速增长为机场地面等待策略的制定不断提出新的要求。如何在满足机场条件约束的情况下,以优化航班轮候时间为目的进行航班推出时隙的调整,从而缩短航班发动机启动后的开车等待时间,以改善地面机场交通复杂的状态、减少航班启动后排队产生的环境影响和燃油消耗具有一定的现实意义。本文依托国家自然科学基金项目,以排队论和最优化理论为基础,对航班地面等待起飞轮候时间阈值进行了研究。文章分析了航班推出到起飞的离港过程,对航班推出时间、滑行道入口服务时间、滑行道队列到达时间、跑道服务时间及航班轮候时间进行统计分布研究。采用串联排队理论对离港过程进行建模,将离港串联排队系统划分成两级子系统,其中,I级排队系统为多个独立G/G/1排队系统,II级排队系统为一个M/M/1系统,推导了航班起飞等待二级串联排队系统平均等待时间、平均服务时间以及平均轮候时间的计算公式。根据航班平均轮候时间的计算公式,以航班轮候时间阈值上下限尽量最小为目标,以航班推出时间间隔、跑道服务时间、滑行道长度等为约束条件,建立了航班轮候时间阈值优化模型,并设计了遗传算法求解方案。案例分析表明,优化后航班轮候时间显著减小。论述了航班轮候时间阈值在航班推出时隙控制方案设计中的应用,以国内某机场为例,通过提取该机场相关参数,提出相应的推出时隙控制方案,将仿真结果与收集到的数据进行对比分析,验证了该方案的有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid growth of passenger flow and flight number has put forward new requirements for the formulation of airport ground waiting strategy. How to adjust the flight launch slot in order to optimize the flight waiting time under the condition of meeting the constraints of airport conditions, so as to shorten the waiting time after the start-up of the flight engine, so as to improve the complex state of ground airport traffic. It is of practical significance to reduce the environmental impact and fuel consumption caused by queuing after flight start-up. Based on the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, based on queuing theory and optimization theory, this paper studies the waiting time threshold of flight ground waiting for take-off. This paper analyzes the departure process from flight launch to departure, and studies the statistical distribution of flight launch time, taxiway entrance service time, taxiway queue arrival time, runway service time and flight waiting time. The departure process is modeled by series queuing theory. The outgoing queue system is divided into two levels of subsystems, in which the class I queuing system is multiple independent G/1 queuing systems, and the II queuing system is a M/1 system. The formulas for calculating the average waiting time, the average service time and the average waiting time of the flight departure waiting two-stage series queuing system are derived. According to the calculation formula of flight average waiting time, the upper and lower limits of flight waiting time threshold are as minimum as possible, and the flight launch time interval, runway service time, taxiway length and so on are taken as constraints. The threshold optimization model of flight waiting time is established, and the solution scheme of genetic algorithm is designed. The case study shows that the flight waiting time is significantly reduced after optimization. This paper discusses the application of flight waiting time threshold in the design of flight launch slot control scheme. Taking an airport in China as an example, by extracting the relevant parameters of the airport, the corresponding time slot control scheme is put forward. The simulation results are compared with the collected data, and the effectiveness of the scheme is verified.
