复合结构航空测量耙振动应变测量试验研究

【摘要】:研究了配装航空发动机进气道的常规测量耙和新研复合结构测量耙的组成结构。针对某型新研复合结构航空测量耙,开展了振动应变测量试验与研究。研究结果表明:复合结构航空测量耙危险振型为Y向一阶弯曲模态,最大应变出现在耙体根部截面,最大应变值为688.96με(换算为应力即139 MPa),远小于耙体材料的屈服极限。说明新研复合结构航空测量耙设计合理有效,为该类测量耙的研制及改进提供了必要依据。
[Abstract]:The composition and structure of conventional measuring rake and new composite structure measuring rake equipped with aero-engine inlet are studied. The vibration strain measurement test and research are carried out for a newly developed composite structure aerial survey rake. The results show that the dangerous mode of rake measured by composite structure is Y direction first order bending mode, the maximum strain appears in the root section of rake body, and the maximum strain value is 688.96 渭 蔚 (that is, 139 MPa), is much smaller than the yield limit of rake material). It is shown that the design of aerial survey rake with Xinyan composite structure is reasonable and effective, which provides the necessary basis for the development and improvement of this kind of measuring rake.
