航空用TC16钛合金自锁螺母的研制
[Abstract]:TC16 titanium alloy self-locking nut is a new type of fastener which has been gradually used in military aircraft in China at the beginning of the 21st century. TC16 titanium alloy self-locking nut has two forms: thick and thin at present. After more than 10 years of research and development, there are still the problems of high cost, difficult to screw in the process of use, and even locking and bolt breaking. Therefore, the aviation industry standard HB7595-2011 "General Specification for MJ Thread self-locking Nuts with temperature not higher than 425 掳C" adjusts the performance parameters of self-locking nuts on the basis of version 1998, so it is of great significance to develop TC16 self-locking nuts according to the new technical requirements. According to the model specification requirements of titanium alloy self-locking nuts needed by Shenfei Company, two forms of 12 kinds of self-locking nuts are developed in this paper. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of TC16 material and internal thread processing, the processing technology of TC16 titanium alloy self-locking screw machine is studied, the machining size of internal thread bottom hole is determined, and the suitable machining tool is compared to improve the machining efficiency of internal thread of self-locking nut. The self-locking nut closing tool is designed, and the size of the self-locking nut is determined by the test method. The heat treatment technology of TC16 titanium alloy self-locking nut was studied, and the technical problems of solid solution treatment (vacuum water quenching) with transfer time less than 12s and oxidation after heat treatment were analyzed and solved. The coating technology of HR-7201 dry film lubricant was studied. The coating process of TC16 titanium alloy self-locking nut HR-7201 dry film lubricant was determined by means of comparative test and analysis. Finally, the identification experiment and analysis of TC16 titanium alloy self-locking nut products are carried out. the experimental results show that the TC16 titanium alloy self-locking nut developed in this paper meets the technical requirements of HB7595-2011 standard.
