微型卫星综合电子系统设计与实现

【摘要】:卫星综合电子系统,是一个对信息的采集、处理、分配和存储的系统,是一个在苛刻空间限制条件下,对密集性很高且复杂的航天电子系统进行信息和功能综合的系统。综合电子系统与卫星结构机构、热控、姿轨控、能源系统构成卫星平台,设计水平很大程度上决定了微型卫星的平台性能,而卫星平台化技术是一个国家空间技术成熟与否的标志。综合电子系统作为微型卫星总体级的系统,是卫星的电总体和信息中枢,对卫星的运行起到重要的支柱作用。 本文对微型卫星综合电子系统进行了功能综合和数据综合研究。从功能综合角度提出了微型卫星模块化开放式系统体系、总线体系和软件体系。从数据综合角度阐述了卫星数据技术标准的发展,并根据微型卫星应用特点,选用了国际空间数据系统咨询委员会(CCSDS)常规在轨系统(COS)数据标准实现数据综合。 立足国内工业基础,按照集成模块化综合电子体系(IMA)对SAST50微型卫星综合电子系统进行了设计,,包括综合电子系统标准模块划分、遥测、遥控、信息流、软件、供电、结构、数据标准化和标准模块设计,实现了功能综合和数据综合,具有开放性、通用性,体现了模块化综合电子技术优越性。 微型卫星综合电子系统产品按照宇航要求进行了测试、系统对接和验收级产品试验,测试结果表明技术指标符合研制要求,为SAST50平台研制奠定了坚实的基础,具有工程应用价值。
[Abstract]:Satellite integrated electronic system is a system for collecting, processing, distributing and storing information. It is a system for synthesizing information and function of space electronic system with high density and complexity under harsh space constraints. Integrated electronic system and satellite structure mechanism, thermal control, attitude and orbit control, energy system constitute satellite platform, the design level determines the platform performance of microsatellite to a great extent, and satellite platform technology is a symbol of the maturity of space technology in a country. As the overall system of microsatellite, the integrated electronic system is the electrical system and information center of the satellite, and plays an important pillar role in the operation of the satellite. In this paper, the function synthesis and data synthesis of microsatellite integrated electronic system are studied. From the point of view of function synthesis, the modular open system, bus system and software system of microsatellite are put forward. The development of satellite data technical standard is described from the point of view of data synthesis, and according to the characteristics of microsatellite application, the (CCSDS) conventional in-orbit system (COS) data standard of the International Spatial data Systems Advisory Committee is selected to realize the data synthesis. Based on the domestic industrial foundation, the integrated electronic system of SAST50 microsatellite is designed according to the integrated modular integrated electronic system (IMA), including the standard module division of integrated electronic system, telemetry, remote control, information flow, software, power supply, structure, data standardization and standard module design, which realizes the functional synthesis and data synthesis, which is open and universal, and embodies the advantages of modular integrated electronic technology. The products of microsatellite integrated electronic system have been tested according to the requirements of aerospace, and the system docking and receiving grade products have been tested. The test results show that the technical index meets the development requirements, which lays a solid foundation for the development of SAST50 platform and has engineering application value.
