泡沫夹芯结构双侧挖补法修理分析与试验探讨

【摘要】:以泡沫夹芯结构为研究对象,通过四点弯曲试验研究了完好结构、损伤后结构和采用双侧挖补法复合材料补片修理后结构的承载能力.试验结果显示,试件未在修理区域破坏,而是远离修理区的加载处泡沫芯材破坏;试件中心点处应变相同时,修补后结构的承载能力小于完好件承载能力的80%.文中对产生这些问题的原因和解决措施进行了探讨.另外,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对以上几种结构进行了模拟分析,分析结果与试验结果吻合较好.
[Abstract]:With the structure of the foam sandwich as the research object, the structure of the intact structure, the post-damage structure and the bearing capacity of the post-repair structure of the composite patch with double-sided excavation are studied by four-point bending test. The test results show that the test piece is not damaged in the repair area, but the foam core material is broken away from the loading part of the repair area; when the strain at the center point of the test piece is the same, the bearing capacity of the repaired structure is less than 80% of the bearing capacity of the intact piece. The causes and solutions of these problems are discussed in this paper. In addition, using the ABAQUS finite element software, the above structures are simulated and analyzed, and the result of the analysis is in good agreement with the test results.
