一类模糊评价模型与通信卫星效能评估

【摘要】:为解决通信卫星效能评估问题,提出一类基于模糊理论的评价模型.利用模糊理论的思想,通过对评价对象的性质分析,建立了一个适用于一类评价对像的非线性评价函数.这类对象的每一个评价指标由一系列因素所决定,并且这些因素之间是相互关联的,但任意两个指标之间是相互独立的.利用模糊聚类分析方法,本模型还可以对若干同类型的对象进行分类.最后,基于具体数据,利用本模型给出东方红系列通信卫星的效能评估,东方红3号、4号基本型、4号增强型和5号的评估得分分别为0.230~0.243、0.470~0.536、0.614~0.791和0.855~0.945.评估结果表明,东方红系列通信卫星的整体效能是一直呈上升趋势的,但综合来看东方红5号的整体效能并没有比东方红4号增强型高出过多.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of communication satellite effectiveness evaluation, a kind of evaluation model based on fuzzy theory is proposed. Based on the idea of fuzzy theory and the analysis of the properties of the evaluation object, a nonlinear evaluation function suitable for a class of evaluation objects is established. Each evaluation index of this kind of object is determined by a series of factors, and these factors are interrelated, but any two indicators are independent of each other. By using fuzzy clustering analysis method, this model can also classify some objects of the same type. Finally, based on the specific data, the effectiveness evaluation of Dongfanghong series communication satellites is given by using this model. The evaluation scores of Dongfanghong 3, 4 basic type, 4 enhanced and 5 are 0.230 0.243, 0.470 0.536, 0.614 0.791 and 0.855 0.945, respectively. The evaluation results show that the overall efficiency of Dongfanghong series communication satellite has been on the rise, but the overall efficiency of Dongfanghong 5 is not much higher than that of Dongfanghong 4 enhanced satellite.
