在线Low-E玻璃光学特性及应用研究

【摘要】:低辐射镀膜玻璃(Low emissivity coated glass)又称之为Low-E玻璃,它对波长为2.5μm-25μm的红外线具有较高的反射率,而对可见光具有很高的透过率。它是一种优良的环保节能玻璃。随着对Low-E玻璃的深入研究,人们对其材料结构、光学特性等认识越来越深,其潜在的应用价值也被慢慢发掘。本论文以发展Low-E玻璃的生产技术,产品性能及应用为目标,从其光学特性出发,对其光学常数、光学机理进行了研究;并对Low-E玻璃的表面等离子体共振特性和具有自洁净性能的低辐射玻璃进行了研究。本文主要分为五个部分:第一部分,主要描述了Low-E玻璃的概念、低辐射原理、Low-E玻璃种类、生产工艺等。重点介绍了国内外的研究现状,并且给出了本论文的选题依据。第二部分,从Lorentz双振子模型和Cauchy模型出发,对Low-E玻璃各层光学色散特性进行描述。建立椭圆偏振法测量在线Low-E玻璃光学常数的理论模型,研究了在线Low-E玻璃功能层和过渡层在可见-近红外波段的光学常数。拟合椭偏参数得到在线Low-E玻璃各层厚度和光学常数,并对拟合的结果进行实验验证。第三部分,通过第二部分的研究发现,在线Low-E玻璃功能层的光学常数与金属相似,从理论上推导出其可以作为激发表面等离子体共振的材料。我们设计了仿真模型,用传输矩阵的方法对其进行了理论仿真。研究发现其能够激发表面等离子体共振,相比金属,它能够激发的波长有很大不同。第四部分,我们采用磁控溅射的方法在低辐射玻璃表面镀上TiO2薄膜,设计了一种具有自洁净性能的低辐射玻璃,优化工艺条件,并对其低辐射性能和自洁净性能进行了表征。第五部分,是对本论文工作的总结以及未来的展望。总而言之,本论文对Low-E玻璃光学机理和应用前景进行了深入研究,对其发展和应用有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Low emissivity coated glassglass, also known as Low-E glass, has high reflectivity to infrared light with wavelength of 2.5 渭 m to 25 渭 m. But it has a high transmittance to visible light. It is a kind of excellent environmental protection and energy saving glass. With the in-depth study of Low-E glass, people have a deeper and deeper understanding of its material structure, optical properties and so on. The potential application value of Low-E glass has been gradually explored. In order to develop the production technology, product performance and application of Low-E glass, the optical constant and optical mechanism of Low-E glass have been studied from its optical properties. The surface plasmon resonance (SPR) characteristics of Low-E glass and low radiation glass with self-cleanness are studied. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part mainly describes the concept of Low-E glass and the low radiation principle of Low-E glass. This paper introduces the current research situation at home and abroad, and gives the basis of this thesis. The second part is based on the Lorentz dual oscillator model and Cauchy model. The optical dispersion characteristics of each layer of Low-E glass are described. A theoretical model for measuring the optical constants of Low-E glass by elliptical polarization method is established. The optical constants of the functional layer and transition layer of on-line Low-E glass in visible and near infrared band are studied. The thickness and optical constants of each layer of on-line Low-E glass are obtained by fitting ellipsometry parameters, and the experimental results are verified. In the second part, it is found that the optical constants of the functional layer of on-line Low-E glass are similar to those of metals, which can be used to excite surface plasmon resonance theoretically. The theoretical simulation is carried out with the method of transfer matrix. It is found that it can excite surface plasmon resonance (SPR), and the wavelength it can excite is quite different from that of metal. TiO2 thin films were deposited on the surface of low radiation glass by magnetron sputtering. A kind of low radiation glass with self-cleaning property was designed. The process conditions were optimized and its low radiation and self-cleaning properties were characterized. All in all, the optical mechanism and application prospect of Low-E glass have been deeply studied in this paper, which has some reference significance for its development and application.
