耐火材料配料包装生产线电气控制系统的研制

【摘要】:现代感应电炉的炉衬由高温耐火材料构成。对于炉衬耐火材料的配料包装,国内主要采用人工配料方法,生产效率低、现场粉尘多;国外主要采用自动配料方法,设备成本高,维修不便。因此,本课题设计了一套集称重、运输、搅拌、包装于一体的全自动配料包装系统,能够提高生产效率,同时降低劳动成本。首先,课题分析了自动配料包装系统的机械结构和工艺流程,根据设计要求制定了控制方案,选用工控平板电脑作为上位机,西门子PLC作为系统核心控制器。上位机可以实现配料参数的设置以及对系统运行情况的监控;PLC可以通过数字量模块、工业以太网以及PROFIBUS-DP通信实现对现场设备的控制。根据控制方案对系统硬件进行设计,主要包括设备选型、图纸绘制、电气连接以及参数设置。然后,针对系统关键环节—称重单元进行数学模型搭建,基于迭代学习控制算法在MATLAB软件上对称重单元进行仿真设计,并分析仿真结果。在上述工作基础上,对系统软件进行设计,主要包括PLC硬件组态、PLC控制程序编写以及上位机Win CC组态。最终,课题完成了系统的搭建,通过多次调试运行,实现了配料包装的全自动化生产,配料精度以及配料周期也达到了工艺要求。
[Abstract]:The lining of a modern induction furnace is made of high-temperature refractories. For the burdening packing of refractory material for furnace lining, the method of artificial proportioning is mainly used in our country, the production efficiency is low, and the field dust is much; the foreign countries mainly adopt automatic proportioning method, the cost of equipment is high, and the maintenance is inconvenient. Therefore, this paper designs a set of automatic proportioning packaging system which integrates weighing, transportation, agitation and packing, which can improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor cost at the same time. Firstly, the paper analyzes the mechanical structure and technological process of the automatic batching packaging system. According to the design requirements, the control scheme is established. The industrial control tablet computer is selected as the host computer and Siemens PLC as the core controller of the system. The upper computer can realize the setting of the proportioning parameters and the monitoring of the system operation. The PLC can realize the control of the field equipment through the digital module, industrial Ethernet and PROFIBUS-DP communication. The hardware of the system is designed according to the control scheme, including equipment selection, drawing, electrical connection and parameter setting. Then, aiming at the key link of the system-weighing unit, the mathematical model is built, and the symmetrical weight unit is simulated on MATLAB software based on iterative learning control algorithm, and the simulation results are analyzed. On the basis of the above work, the software of the system is designed, including the programming of the PLC hardware configuration and the configuration of the upper computer Win CC. Finally, the project completed the system construction, through many times debugging and running, achieved the full automatic production of batching packaging, the batching precision and batching cycle also reached the technological requirements.
