煤矸石制备白炭黑过程中碳酸钠的回收研究

【摘要】：煤矸石制备白炭黑过程产生的碳分溶液中含有碳酸钠。研究了采用萃取结晶的方法回收碳酸钠的过程,比较了几种不同萃取剂(无水乙醇、95%乙醇、正丁醇、仲辛醇、异丙醇)对碳酸钠的回收效果。实验结果表明,选取95%乙醇基本可以满足充分结晶碳酸钠的要求。分别考察了提高碳分溶液的浓度、采用降温工艺、在碳分溶液中投加固体碳酸钠的方法对碳酸钠萃取率的影响,实验证实提高原液浓度、采用降温工艺、在碳分溶液中投加固体碳酸钠均对提高碳酸钠的萃取率有积极作用。
[Abstract]:Sodium carbonate is present in the carbon solution produced by coal gangue preparation of silica. The recovery process of sodium carbonate by extraction crystallization was studied. The recovery effect of sodium carbonate by different extractants (anhydrous ethanol, 95% ethanol, n-butanol, secondary octanol, isopropanol) was compared. The experimental results show that 95% ethanol can basically meet the requirements of fully crystallized sodium carbonate. The effects of increasing the concentration of carbon solution and adding solid sodium carbonate into carbon solution on the extraction rate of sodium carbonate were investigated respectively. The experiment proved that the concentration of the original solution was increased and the process of lowering temperature was adopted. The addition of solid sodium carbonate in carbon solution has a positive effect on the extraction rate of sodium carbonate.
