    前言：实习环节对工科专业本科生能力的培养具有举足轻重的作用。本文以西安建筑科技大学环境工程专业的认识实习、生产实习和毕业实习为例,分析了新形势下实习所面临的典型问题,提出了调整实习构成与时机、完善实习基地建设、丰富实习方式等实习改革措施,并指出最重要的和最迫切的是实习构成和实习时机的调整,建议今后应加强多媒体手段在实习教学中的研究和运用。
