【摘要】:结合浙江某制药企业污水站废气治理工程,介绍高效生物滴滤反应器在制药企业废水站含多组分挥发性有机物(VOCs)和恶臭(H_2S)废气处理中的工程设计与应用。该工程设计处理气量为5 000 m~3/h,稳定运行后,四氢呋喃、甲苯和氯仿等3种VOCs浓度分别从进口的50~60、约80、约15 mg/m~3降至10 mg/m~3以下,平均去除率分别为85%、90%、60%;对进口浓度约为80mg/m~3的硫化氢的去除率接近100%。该工艺处理效果明显、无二次污染,具有较明显的技术经济优势,可为医化行业废气治理工程提供示范和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Based on the waste gas treatment project of a pharmaceutical company in Zhejiang, the engineering design and application of high efficiency bio trickling filter in the treatment of multi component volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odor (H_2S) waste gas at the wastewater station of pharmaceutical enterprises is introduced. The engineering design treatment capacity is 5000 m~3/h, after the stable operation, the concentration of VOCs 3 tetrahydrofuran, toluene and chloroform respectively from 10 mg/m~3 to imported 50~60, about 80, about 15 mg/m~3, the average removal rates were 85%, 90%, 60%; the inlet concentration is about 80mg/m~3 removal rate of H2S is close to 100%. The process has obvious effect, no two pollution, and has obvious technical and economic advantages. It can provide demonstration and reference for the treatment of waste gas in the medical industry.
