【摘要】:为提高环氧氯丙烷胺型絮凝剂的絮凝性能,以三乙烯四胺为交联剂,以环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺为原料,制备了季铵盐阳离子絮凝剂(记为TER),并对其进行了红外、核磁表征;同时分别以六次甲基四胺、二乙烯三胺、乙二胺为交联剂制备絮凝剂HMTA、DET、ED,采用4种絮凝剂对莫言湖水进行絮凝沉降试验,并与未改性絮凝剂进行对比;研究了絮凝剂投加量、温度及与PFC(聚合氯化铁)复配等因素对TER絮凝剂除浊效果的影响.结果表明:TER的阳离子度的测定结果为57.3%,在相同条件下,TER对莫言湖水样的除浊率能达到93.7%,优于HMTA、DET、ED及未改性絮凝剂(分别为7.4%、70.9%、8.1%、7.0%).单因素试验确定其最佳絮凝除浊温度为55℃,最佳投加量为30 mg/L.研究显示,TER与PFC的复配比单独使用PFC的除浊率提高了5%~25%不等,并能大幅减少TER投加量,降低处理成本.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the flocculation performance of epichlorohydrin flocculant, quaternary ammonium cationic flocculant (TER) was prepared with triethylenetetramine as crosslinking agent, epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine as raw materials. It was characterized by IR and NMR. At the same time, the flocculant HMTADETEDD was prepared by using hexamethylenetetramine, diethylenetriamine and ethylenediamine as crosslinking agent, respectively. Four flocculants were used to flocculate and settle the Moyan lake water. And compared with the unmodified flocculant. The effects of the dosage of flocculant, temperature and the combination of flocculant and PFC on the turbidity removal of TER flocculant were studied. The results showed that the cationic degree of TER flocculant was 57.3%. Under the same conditions, the turbidity removal rate of Moyan lake water was 93.771%, which was better than that of HMTADETED and unmodified flocculant (7.4% or 70.9%, respectively).
