【摘要】:近三十年来国民经济与社会的方方面面都取得了跨越式的进步,可这是一味追求经济增速的、有代价的发展模式,不可避免地对水环境带来了极大的伤害,随着全国每年排污量的不断上涨,国家新型排污标准的连续颁布,已建成的大部分传统污水处理厂都面临出水不达标需要提标改造的问题,污水处理中活性污泥法也早已被世界各国应用的淋漓尽致,需要对其进行创新和改良。本文在大量阅读文献的基础上,对国内水污染状况做了简要介绍,概述了城镇污水处理厂概况,对主要污水处理技术的发展进行了总结归纳。由浅入深地介绍了新型ARES(光化合微生物复合系统)具体工艺流程,由理论发展到实际工程系统地阐释了ARES生态能污水处理系统,深入剖析了光合细菌与活性污泥微生物联合在污水处理中脱氮除磷的机理;分别计算比较了利用ARES系统以及A2/O工艺升级改造蓝田县污水处理厂时,在工艺流程、污染物去除效率、经济技术等方面的可行性,以大量详实的理论计算数据对比了ARES工艺相比于其他污水处理方法在提标改造时的巨大优势。本文最后以ARES第一个样板工程—山东济宁污水处理厂的成功应用为工程实例,计算分析出在该水厂应用ARES系统后,生产运营过程中产生的明显经济效益。通过对比计算研究表明:将ARES生态能污水处理系统应用于蓝田污水厂提标改造时,前期投资可减少178.95万元(相对A2/O工艺),后期运营费用同步减少,投资回报期短(5.2年)等经济技术优势;以山东济宁污水厂为例,ARES系统在运营时全厂无臭味的产生、年度排泥总量减少50%以上、污水厂全年减少电费957573.12元,投药量和人工费降低,降低直接运营成本30%以上;实际应用中停用了中间沉淀池以及降低了滤布滤池负荷;使得济宁污水厂污水处理成本降低0.2元/吨;出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级A的排放标准;处理后中水已经实现部分向工业供水的有偿回用,是具有明显优势的具有极大发展潜力的新一代污水处理新技术。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, all aspects of the national economy and society have made leapfrog progress, but this is a blind pursuit of economic growth, the development model with a price, which inevitably brings great harm to the water environment. With the increase of annual sewage discharge and the continuous promulgation of national new sewage standards, most of the traditional sewage treatment plants have been faced with the problem that the effluent is not up to the standard and need to be upgraded. Activated sludge process in sewage treatment has already been used in many countries all over the world, which needs to be innovated and improved. Based on a lot of literature, this paper briefly introduces the situation of domestic water pollution. The general situation of urban sewage treatment plant is summarized and the development of main sewage treatment technology is summarized. The concrete technological process of new type ARES (photochemical microorganism compound system) is introduced. The ARES ecological energy wastewater treatment system was systematically explained from theory to practice, and the mechanism of nitrogen and phosphorus removal by photosynthetic bacteria and activated sludge microorganism in wastewater treatment was deeply analyzed. The feasibility of upgrading the wastewater treatment plant of Lantian County by using ARES system and A2 / O process was calculated and compared in the aspects of technological process, pollutant removal efficiency, economy and technology, etc. A large number of detailed theoretical calculation data are used to compare the great advantages of ARES process compared with other sewage treatment methods in standard raising and revamping. Finally, the first model project of ARES, Shandong Jining sewage treatment Plant, is used in this paper. Is successfully applied as an engineering example. The application of ARES system in this water plant is calculated and analyzed. Through comparison and calculation, it is shown that the ARES ecological energy wastewater treatment system is applied to the upgrading of the standard of Lantian sewage treatment plant. The pre-investment can be reduced by one million seven hundred and eighty-nine thousand and five hundred yuan (compared with A _ 2 / O process, the late operating expenses are reduced simultaneously, the investment return period is short (5.2 years) and other economic and technological advantages; " Taking Shandong Jining sewage plant as an example, the whole plant has no stink in operation. The total amount of sludge discharged annually is reduced by more than 50%, and the annual electricity cost of sewage treatment plant is reduced by 957573.12 yuan. The dosage and labor cost are reduced, and the direct operating cost is reduced by more than 30%; In practical application, the intermediate sedimentation tank was stopped and the load of filter cloth filter was reduced. The cost of sewage treatment in Jining sewage treatment plant was reduced by 0.2 yuan per ton; The effluent meets the discharge standard of the first class A of the pollutant discharge standard of the municipal wastewater treatment plant; After treatment, the reclaimed water has been partly reused for industrial water supply. It is a new generation of sewage treatment technology with great development potential with obvious advantages.
