【摘要】:电流密度分布是圆形线—板式电除尘器重要的电气特性之一。为进一步弄清圆形线—板式电极极板电流密度的分布规律,提高该类型电除尘器的除尘效率,有效防止反电晕,文中在异极距(b)为100 mm的条件下,分别测定了同样极板面积下1~8根电晕线的总放电电流情况;利用Tassicker边界探头(BP)法测定电晕线束状放电点正下方的电流密度分布。结果表明,总电晕电流随电晕线数量增加先增大后减小。当外加电压为40~60 k V、电晕线数量为2根时总电流值总是最大。单根电晕线束状放电点正下方的电流密度分布与t分布模型有较好的一致性;双根电晕线内侧电流密度由于电晕线间的放电抑制作用而低于t分布值,双电晕线外侧电流密度当r≥0.4b时与t分布趋于一致,最大电流密度值出现在外侧0.2b附近。
[Abstract]:The distribution of current density is one of the important electrical characteristics of circular wire plate type electrostatic precipitator. In order to further understand the distribution of current density of circular wire plate electrode electrode plate current density, the dust removal efficiency of this type of electrostatic precipitator is improved. In this paper, the total discharge current of 1 ~ 8 corona lines under the same polar plate area is measured under the condition of 100 mm heteropolar distance (b) effectively to prevent back corona. The current density distribution directly below the corona wire bundle discharge point was measured by Tassicker boundary probe method. The total corona current increases first and then decreases with the increase of the number of corona lines, when the applied voltage is 40 ~ 60 kV. When the number of corona lines is 2, the total current value is always the largest. The current density distribution under the single corona line bundle discharge point is in good agreement with the t distribution model. The inner current density of the double corona line is lower than t distribution because of the discharge inhibition between the two corona lines, and the external current density of the double corona line tends to be the same as that of t when r 鈮,
