镉对空心菜的毒害临界值的研究

【摘要】:采用温室土培和田间小区试验,以空心菜(lpomoea aquatica)为测试植物,研究了镉对空心菜的毒害效应及其毒害临界值,以期为土壤重金属环境质量标准的建立提供依据。主要结果如下:1、采用田间试验研究了在6种土壤上镉对空心菜的毒害效应。镉对空心菜地上鲜重、地下鲜重、根长、株高的毒害临界值(EC10,以0.1mol. L-1CaCl2浸提的有效镉为基础)分别为0.04-1.26 mg.kg-1、0.36-1.68 mg. kg-1、0.9-3.05 mg. kg-1和0.19-2.07 mg.kg-1。不同土壤上同一毒害临界值差异很大,而同一土壤上不同生长指标的EC,0也很不一样。空心菜的生长指标对镉毒害的敏感程度依次为地上鲜重地下鲜重根长株高。2、采用温室土培试验研究了12种土壤上镉对空心菜的毒害效应。用DTPA浸提的有效镉表示空心菜幼苗的地上鲜重、地下鲜重和根长的EC10分别介于0.0012-7.34 mg. kg-1、0.01-15.35 mg. kg-1和0.10-15.20 mg. kg-1,分别代表了不同土壤间6116倍、1535倍和152倍的差异。每种土壤对应的敏感生长指标不一样,综合比较采用根长较适合作为盆栽空心菜的镉毒害效应指标。3、田间和盆栽试验结果都表明,空心菜的各项生长指标不论在何种土壤上,EC,0值都是水溶态基CaCl2基DTPA基,CaCl基和DTPA基的毒害临界值比水溶态基的变异小。盆栽试验选择DTPA浸提的有效镉比氯化钙浸提的有效镉的稳定性更强。
[Abstract]:Using greenhouse soil culture and field experiment, the toxic effect of cadmium and its toxic critical value were studied by using Lpomoea aquatica as a test plant. The main results are as follows: 1. Field experiments were conducted to study the toxic effects of cadmium on aerial vegetables in 6 soils. The toxic critical value of underground fresh weight, root length and plant height was 0.04-1.26 mg.kg-1, based on available cadmium extracted by 0.1 mol 路L -1 CaCl 2. 0.36-1.68 mg 路kg-1. 0.9-3.05 mg.kg-1 and 0.19-2.07 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1). The critical values of the same toxicity varied greatly in different soils, but the EC of different growth indexes in the same soil. The sensitivity of the growth index to cadmium toxicity was as follows: fresh weight, underground fresh root length, plant height and plant height. The toxic effect of cadmium on 12 kinds of soils was studied by soil culture in greenhouse. The available cadmium extracted by DTPA was used to express the aboveground fresh weight of Dioscorea sinensis seedlings. The EC10 of fresh weight and root length were 0.0012-7.34 mg 路kg-1, respectively. 0.01-15.35 mg 路kg-1 and 0.10-15.20 mg 路kg ~ (-1), representing 6116 times of different soils, respectively. The difference was 1535 times and 152 times. The sensitive growth index of each soil was different. The results of field and pot experiments showed that all the growth indexes of Dioscorea sinensis were water soluble CaCl2 based DTPA on any soil. The toxicity threshold of CaCl and DTPA was less than that of water-soluble. The stability of available cadmium extracted by DTPA was stronger than that by calcium chloride in pot experiment.
