气田水中汞的赋存形态分析及其脱除方法

【摘要】:目前国内对含汞废水的处理主要采用硫化法-絮凝法,不但造成药剂的浪费及处理不达标,产生的含汞污泥也难以处理,造成二次污染;而且对汞离子去除效果较好。但新疆气田水经分析主要为悬浮汞和单质汞,存在少量离子汞和有机汞。吸附过滤除气田污水中汞的技术是目前最具有应用前景的。以多孔聚酰胺、改性壳聚糖和聚合硅酸铝为原料,制备出具有单质汞优异吸附性能和吸附选择性的纳米复合型材料;并配合适当的装置和工艺处理后气田污水中汞浓度能够稳定在5×10~(-9)(ppb)以下;而且操作简便、处理成本低。
[Abstract]:At present, the main treatment of mercury-containing wastewater in China is vulcanization-flocculation process, which not only results in waste of medicament and substandard treatment, but also makes it difficult to treat mercury-containing sludge, resulting in secondary pollution. But the water of Xinjiang gas field is mainly suspended mercury and elemental mercury. There are a small amount of ionic mercury and organic mercury. The technology of adsorption and filtration of mercury in gas field wastewater is the most promising. Porous polyamide, modified chitosan and polymeric aluminum silicate are used as raw materials. Nano-composite materials with excellent adsorption performance and adsorption selectivity of mercury were prepared. The mercury concentration in the waste water of the gas field can be stabilized below 5 脳 10 ~ (-9) (ppb) after the gas field wastewater is treated with appropriate equipment and process. Moreover, the operation is simple and the processing cost is low.
