双旋流含油污水处理技术研究

【摘要】:针对大庆油田传统含油污水处理工艺即“自然沉降→混凝沉降→压力过滤”处理流程进行处理。该工艺存在处理流程长,占地面积大,一次性投资高,细菌滋生繁殖严重、污泥处理不完善等问题,因此通过开展现场试验,力争探索出一条含聚含油污水处理的新路,优选出一套精简、高效的含聚含油污水处理工艺。通过现场开展双旋流组合除油装置试验,选取深度污水来水、污水站滤后水、污水站原水、反冲洗水等4种水质开展工艺试验,同时开展加药、杀菌、污泥处理等辅助系统试验,冲击考核试验,确定现场运行参数。经过一段时间的生产运行,使滤后水之达到油田低渗透层水质标准。通过双旋流含油污水高效处理工艺现场试验,开拓出一条含聚污水处理的新路子,为油田含油污水处理技术提供了可借鉴性。为处理含油污水,提高滤后水质提供了有力保障。
[Abstract]:Natural settlement of traditional oily Wastewater treatment process in Daqing Oilfield. 鈫扖oagulation sedimentation. 鈫扵he process has many problems, such as long treatment process, large area, high one-time investment, serious bacteria breeding, incomplete sludge treatment, and so on. Strive to explore a new way to treat oily sewage containing polymer, and select a set of simple and efficient treatment process of oily sewage containing polymer. Through the field test of double swirl combined oil removal device, select the water from deep sewage and filter water from sewage station, Four kinds of water quality, such as raw water and backwash water of sewage station, are carried out technological tests, and auxiliary system tests, such as adding drugs, sterilizing, sludge treatment, etc., impact tests are carried out, and field operation parameters are determined. After a period of production and operation, The filtration water can reach the water quality standard of low permeability layer in oil field. A new way of treating polymerized sewage is developed through the field test of high efficiency treatment process of double swirl oily sewage. It can be used for reference in the treatment of oil-bearing wastewater in oil field, and it can provide a strong guarantee for the treatment of oily sewage and the improvement of filtration water quality.
