污水泵橡胶密封圈配方及老化寿命研究

【摘要】:橡胶密封圈是污水泵的重要组成零件,其性能的好坏直接影响到污水泵能否可靠地工作。生活污水泵用橡胶密封圈的工作环境复杂且苛刻,复杂的外界因素会加速橡胶密封圈的老化。而目前生活污水泵中普遍使用的密封圈耐老化性能较差且使用寿命较短,增加了污水泵维护及保养的工作量,因此研究开发耐老化性能和力学性能优越的新型密封圈是非常有必要的。本论文通过试验,研究出了在生活污水介质中具有良好耐老化性能的橡胶密封圈,并预测了其老化寿命,为污水泵橡胶密封圈的配方设计提供了思路与方法。本论文的主要研究内容如下:1.本论文查阅了大量文献资料并结合了生活污水泵橡胶密封圈的工作环境,对外界因素促使橡胶密封圈老化的机理以及配方因素影响橡胶密封圈老化的机理进行了研究。为污水泵橡胶密封圈的研究提供了理论基础。2.本论文通过正交试验、耐老化性能及力学性能影响规律试验所得到的试验数据,分析出了配方中硫磺、防老剂、增塑剂、促进剂等含量的变化对橡胶耐老化性能及力学性能的影响规律与产生原因。3.通过极差分析,明确了配方因素对各性能指标影响的主次顺序。采用综合平衡法确定了具有良好耐老化性能和力学性能的生活污水泵橡胶密封圈最优配方组合:EPDM (100phr)、炭黑N115 (45phr)、ZnO (5phr)、SA (lphr)硫磺(0.5phr)、防老剂4010NA (3phr)、促进剂TMTD (1.5phr)、促进剂NS(1phr)、增塑剂A(2phr)。4.通过373K、363K、353K、343K四个温度下的污水介质中的加速老化试验,结合动力学曲线法,建立起了生活污水泵用最优配方橡胶密封圈的老化寿命预测模型。预测出橡胶密封圈在平均工作温度303K下:当老化特性指标临界值P0取0.4时,老化寿命为7.21年;当老化特性指标临界值P0取0.5时,老化寿命为4.33年。
[Abstract]:Rubber seal ring is an important part of sewage pump, and its performance directly affects whether the sewage pump can work reliably. The working environment of rubber seal ring for domestic sewage pump is complex and harsh. Complex external factors will accelerate the aging of rubber sealing ring. However, the commonly used seal ring in domestic sewage pump has poor aging resistance and short service life, which increases the workload of maintenance and maintenance of sewage pump. Therefore, it is necessary to study and develop a new type of sealing ring with excellent aging and mechanical properties. In this paper, the rubber seal ring with good aging resistance in domestic sewage media is studied through experiments. And predicted its aging life, The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper consulted a lot of literature and combined the working environment of domestic sewage pump rubber seal ring. The aging mechanism of rubber seal ring caused by external factors and the influence of formula factors on the aging of rubber seal ring are studied in this paper, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of rubber seal ring of sewage pump. The experimental data obtained from the experiments on the effects of aging resistance and mechanical properties were analyzed and the sulfur, antioxidant and plasticizer in the formula were analyzed. The influence of accelerator content on the Aging Resistance and Mechanical Properties of Rubber. The primary and secondary order of the influence of formulation factors on the performance index was determined. The optimum formula combination of the rubber seal ring of domestic sewage pump with good aging resistance and mechanical properties was determined by using the comprehensive equilibrium method. Sulfur 0.5 phrg, antioxidant 4010 na 3phrr, accelerator TMTD 1. 5phrr, accelerator NS1 phr1, plasticizer An2phr.4.The accelerated aging test was carried out in a sewage medium at 373K ~ 363K ~ 353K ~ 3 ~ 3K. Combined with the kinetic curve method, a model for predicting the aging life of the optimum formula rubber seal ring for domestic sewage pump was established. It was predicted that when the critical value of aging characteristic index P0 was 0.4, the average working temperature of rubber seal ring was 303K. The aging life is 7.21 years, and the aging life is 4.33 years when the critical value of aging characteristic index P0 is 0.5.
